Hi-I never received any notification of anyone waiting for a response. I have tried...

calling the manager back twice, but she was unavailable due to being at another store. She did reach out to me and has stated that there is a store credit of $306 available to use towards a replacement recliner. Please update this complaint to reflect this. Thank you!

The store did take a loveseat out to the customer on the 11th as they stated.  This is what the store says they were told needed replaced.  The store does have the sofa in stock, and have her scheduled to swapout today.  The customer was originally scheduled to get...

swapped out early last week but she rescheduled with the store to get it done today. This customer will be getting swapped today, and I will confirm once it has been taken care of.

This is the first time the Revdex.com has contacted me regarding this issue. My issue with a american freight has not been resolved

Please make it clear to American Freight that  both dressers are to replaced both NORMAN DRESSER B1600-1 and NORMAN CHEST B1600-4  the pictures of mold are of both of these dressers. Thank you

Customer placed a Revdex.com complaint because claim on chair approved but its been 2 months to get merchandise.  Spoke with her, we will swap out for free when in with in with 12/23, both pieces of furniture.

Customer has all the product in her home and she did a charge back on 3/19/2017.  All our sales are final, this is stated on all our customers receipts, this charge back has been rejected by American Freight.PLEASE NOTE:   Since this furniture is not even a year old, it...

Thank you for handling my complaint in such a timely manner. I did recieve my refund however, they said that it wont show up til friday on my account so when I have recieved my money I will resolve the complaint. Thank you

On the customer receipt it states "American Freight does not extend warranties other than specified by manufacturers in writing".  This customer's warranty was denied by the warranty company.  This customer must direct this Revdex.com towards this warranty company or call the warranty...

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.  PLEASE ADVISE HOW I WILL OBTAIN THE 25% OFF.

They should not be allowed to advertise as a warehouse furniture store if they cannot provide the product immediately, let alone after a months time has elapsed.

Refund went out on 9/15 and sent to the store for a signature and pick up

As per Revdex.com instruction, I went to the store and saw some floor models. Out of two, I liked one sofa which has minor scratch in top righter corner in back ( I didnt see any other issue and confirmed the same to store manager). I confirmed the same to Regional manager Mr. John who is coordinating my issue. Also he confirmed that for my love seat and dining table, he will replace with brand new.He promised to deliver it by today evening. Once I get items delivered, I will keep you updated.I hope that if any damages happen while transportation, I believe store people will be responsible. I really appreciate you to involve in my issue and get the resolution. Once again thanks for your help.

Our Regional Manager has spoken to this customer. This customer will be waiting for the replacement set to come in from UFL. We will be replacing the whole set when it come in.

The ottoman and the replacement part should be received by the customer by/on 4/18/16. We apologize for the miss communications by our sub contracting delivery.

This customer purchase their table and chairs 5/2014.  This furniture is over 2 years old.  There has been normal ware and tare on this furniture.  The manufacturers 1 year warranty on this furniture has expired and the customer did not meet the specifications of the guidelines...

of their Guardian warranty and was denied.  PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT A WARRANTY IS NOT AN ISTANT REPLACEMENT....SPECIFICATION MUST BE MET FOR ANY REPLACMENT.This customers husband did come in on 9/26/16 and out of good faith we told him to bring back his damaged pieces and we would be happy to replace them and would refund their warranty also.....he said he would be back the next day to return them and pick up the new.As in all returns customer must return the damaged furniture to our store so the replacements can be given to the customer.  American Freight must receive the damage furniture back which was again explained to this customer husband.  If customer does not have the means to bring back the damaged furniture we have a sub contracting delivery service that could help them but this service must be paid for!

We have done 2 claims for this customer. the first claim was denied. We asked customer for better pictures and we would try again. Customer sent pictures and claim was denied again by the manufacturer.
There will be no replacement, claim was denied twice by manufacturer.
If customer wishes...

to go back into the store. We would be happy to give this customer a good percentage off on another mattress of their chose.
