A claim must be done and pictures only must be submitted by this customer in order to do a claim for this damaged piece of furniture.
This claim will be sent up to the manufacturer for inspection for manufacturer defects...if defected an approval by the manufacturer for a replacement is...

American Freight was advised by the regional manager of the Morrow, GA location that this customer had been refunded the $185.00 as of 5/2/18.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.  please have them pick up old dresser and deliver new with no additional charges

lake is very helpful but corporate is not. They are the ones that need to refund my money we have tried everything they recommended. We have picked new couches since the others were discontinued and now the new couches we pick have been sent back twice.

I was waiting for the refund to post to my account which it did this morning. I personally consider this issue resolved

Consumer called Revdex.com and advised that American Freight has contacted him and the matter has been resolved.

This customer has my Corp cell number and was supposed to call me one day in advance before she comes in so I could be in that location to see the pics ( she does not know how to emil pics that's why she was going to bring them in).
When she brought in the pictures the first time, Tolisa was the...

one that saw the pictures and told me they very much looked like cigarette burns ( customer did not purchase value 1 warranty). This was the reason I was going to check out the pictures myself to determine the origin of the holes. Customer was happy with what we agreed upon to come back in and deal with me. I have never received a call from said customer to remedy the situation. I have a strong feeling the holes are cigarette burns and that's why customer never came back in. I will contact customer again to try and resolve situation. This particular set has a frame, seem and spring warranty and does not have rip,cut ,burn or puncture warranty unless purchased, she did not purchase extra warranty.

This customers refund has been put into motion and will be rushed out to the address on customers receipt.

This customer will be getting delivered today.  We received her furniture yesterday.

The business do not have the same furniture available and that they have something similar which I no longer need because I am no longer in the city where the layaway was placed and a request was made to transfer the credit but it was no transfer on request and I had purchased with cash another item. I have called multiple times to speak with corporate and no one calls back and I am advised only one person works. I contanstly called and was advised by a women who made herself known that she was a manager and that I can get a cash refund.

I can't help it if your sales people are incompetent and can't spell my last name correctly when I did spell it for them when I purchased the sectional.   I have spoken with the company as has my fiancé on my behalf.  My dispute is not with the delivery company it's with the crappy company providing crappy furniture and acting like they are doing a service when it shows on the invoice I purchased the warranty for said piece of furniture. If I don't receive some type of apology and compensation for the rude service, how myself and my fiancé has been treated when dealing with their employees I will seek a lawyer in settling this dispute.  $2000 when buying furniture is NOT pocket change and the fact it took 7 months to even get the pieces we originally complained about exchanged because they were broken or shoddy quality on arrival & to be treated as though I'm a evil person because I want some type of compensation for the hideous service I've received & the rude treatment we've received every time we've went to deal with this company.  From being told we were being done a favor when we've purchased the warranty to the fact that every piece we've received has had some type of problem. If this is how this company conducts business and the type of quality of product they have their prices need to be seriously reduced.

We are bringing a replacement Dresser out to this customer today.

This customer has had three replacements.  There is a warranty to his mattress but this warranty does not mean instant replacement, you must meet the guidelines on the manufacturer's warranty in order to receive a replacement.  American Freight wishes to do a claim on this mattress...

Back orders from manufacturers are beyond our control. American Freight does not custom make any furniture and never have we advertised this.
We are happy that this customer has received her refund and in good faith our discount still stands for a next purchase at American Freight!

Our store manager has reached out to Mrs. [redacted] concerning these warranty claim issues on the Mickey Pewter Sofa Chaise.  This sofa has been replaced a couple of times since the date of purchase 8/27/16, and also approved were sofa cushions on 8/7/17.  American Freight will...

replace this sectional again.  American Freight has spoken to Mr. [redacted] and he has been in agreement.Please advise customer....any claims must meet the extended warranty specific guidelines in order to have furniture replaced, please have customer re read their warranty paper work so to be updated on converge.   Please also explain to the customer all furniture received must be inspected by the customer, replacement quantity has been exceeded.

Due to the fact that none of our dinette sets have chairs rated to an 800lb limit, we will allow the return and refund of the dinette set.  We have already replaced these dinette chairs once at our cost and there is no warranty on this product.  As far as the sectional goes, we would be...
