Went into the store at the end of February and paid in full for a living room power reclining setWas told the set would be delivered that next week, by March 4th, It is now May 31, and they still haven't come through on their partEvery time I call I get a different answer on what's going on with my orderI explained to them on several occasions that's I'm preparing to have major surgery and really need the power set, here I am weeks before my surgery and was told today that the furniture is out of stock and I can't get a refundThey have tried to bribe me to pick another selection and I went into the store to see if it was anything else that I would prefer, which it was not, and the manager figured out who I was, he refused to come assist me, acted as if I was invisible and I will never ever do business with them again, and I plan on letting any and everyone I know who is furniture shopping know about my experience

Bought a couch, dining table and mattress from American Freight as a bulk purchaseWhen they delivered, I noticed that damages in the couch and parts were missing for the table I mentioned the same in the delivery receipt for the couch and declined the purchaseNext day I called to the store manager and informed the sameHe promised that he will replace my table and couch and asked me to wait to get the items from his supplierHe mentioned the same in the receipt for replacement and emailed it to meWaited for two weeks but didnt get any reply from himThen I called and went to store for couple of times, but he was telling the sameSo far I didnt get any action item on thisCould you help me on this to resolve my issue? My year old parents went to American Freight on 7-26-and bought a sofa and love seat, cash and were told it would be delivered in one week.The sofa was delivered two weeks laterIt has now been over two months since my flks made their purchase and have yet to see the love seat they spent $not including tax and delivery!!! My parents have called the business multiple times and are told"it will be here next week" My older sister has called and told the same thingMy folks went to the store and there was a display model of the love seat...they asked if they could just take that one and was told no it would be another week for the one they orderedMy folks are being ripped of! I tried to purchase a product that they could not provide, and now I am receiving the run aruond about return of my money, I was told by store manager that there was a procedure that had to be processed through corporate, but when I called there corporate it was never filed

If you go to their website and type into the search engine queen size mattress scroll down to the ones that say at this time they were $ POSTURE PLUS QUEEN MATTRESS there's a picture there that looks like a regular real mattress but when I went into the store to find this fabulous mattress and box springs for $each piece I find a mattress that looks like it belongs on a cot not in my bedroom It's faults advertisement plan and simpleOf course if they put a picture of the real cot mattress on their website no one would come in and buy anything Thank you for your timeI appreciate itI really can't see with things like this how they could have an A+ from the Revdex.com

I put a layaway in on 7/17/15.After the intial $deposit The total was $The original delivery date was set for 10/11/I called and cancelled the delivery on the morning of 10/11/,but I went into the store and I made a payment of $1,My new Balance was $1,
On Thursday 5/19/I called to find out my balance and set up a new delivery dateI was told my items had been delivered on 12/16/Furious, I asked where the items had been delivered.  The associate then says ,"Oh ,I see you took the money off the bedroom, living room and dinette and put it on mattresses and you picked them up 12/16/I said sir, you've obviously given my things to the wrong person, how did you allow someone to make account changes AND "pick it up" without them showing proper identification? He nonchalantly told me to come in the next day and the Store manager Damon B*** would be able to show me the tape,and the signature abd resolve the issueI asked for the regional

We apologize for all this miss communications! American Freight no longer does business with the manufacturer of this customers mattress which is no fault of the customers. Normally this customer would have to call the manufacturer to place
this claim. American Freight because of the circumstances will take on this warranty and process the claim as normal, as usual.We explained to this customer he must send in pictures or bring in pictures of any defect that he believes warrants a replacement. We must have evidence of a defect so we can begin to start and process a claim for a replacement. PLEASE ADVISE CUSTOMER THAT A WARRANTY DOES NOT MEAN INSTANT REPLACEMENT.....YOU MUST MEET THE GUIDELINES OF YOUR WARRANTY.Guidelines must be followed in order to process, IF FOR ANY REASON THEY ARE NOT MET A CLAIM CANNOT BE STARTED.***Customer must have pictures of defect, there can be no stains, gross negligence or abuse by user......customer refuses to send or bring in pictures and mattress is stained, customer explained warranty is voided because of staining on mattress***

Terrible! Paid for merchandise with a check they would not allow us to take the product till we showed them a bank statementSeems like they are not on the up and up

Our Store called this customer she wanted to wait for her replacement furniture and split boxes to come in stock. This was the understanding we had with her before she filed the complaint as well. We let her know we would of course drop it off at no cost as soon as all the pieces
arrive......after purchasing original furniture.....two months later seams come undone sofa and loveseat were replaced by a reselection because original were discontinued....replacement delivered not satisfactory again....customer said sofa board lose....so customer said wanted to wait for this replacement....we ask her to reselect or refund, customer said no....there is a backorder for her third replacement, AF is awaiting the due to come in the weekOriginal Box Springs were delivered in spring and were the wrong box springs, customer still has them in her home. we ordered special box springs and they have yet to come in. They are a special order...due to come in also this week.If customer still wants to be refunded....AF will come and get the furniture in her home and once in the store she can be refunded....if Credit Card we will swipe for refund.....if paid in cash to days to process a refund check from our corporate office

On 4/23/I purchased a bed frameWe moved into a new apartmentWe took it out of the box on may 19, We slept on that night and noticed that the bed was saggingWe removed the mattress and founf out that the frame was brokenWe called american freight and was told that they would not refund our moneyWe never asked for the moneyAll we wanted was to exchange it According to the receipt there id no day policy written on the receipt Plus, it had not been daysThis place is a rip offCould you please investigate this matter and see if we could get a refund or a new non broken bed frame

Started off I went in to the store helped by a man named ray ..looked around didn't have the couch in stock.so as me and my husband were leaving we we're approached by a new man the was at the deck and he bullied me in to a couch .so we purchased it and asked do you work on commission he replied now so we were in the paring lot and talked to a manger and ask the same thing he told me yes and the he would make sure that the man that helped me in the beginning would get it.I was lied tothat I now have waited for now weeks .so I had called and was rudely told that they cant deliver something that isn't there!As I explained that I now have no couch and family in town he told me to pretty much tell the family to come a different dayAnd I would have to come in for my money back

I know what the company told me when I made the lay a wayHe told us that if we needed to
cancel within the 1st months that they would refund our moneyI will NOT do any further business with this company and will NEVER have a use for their furniture so they are basically keeping my money without producing anything for it

Unfortunately this piece is outside the manufacturer's warranty and the claim was denied. We would be happy to provide contact information to the manufacturer if Ms *** would like to pursue this further. The notes in the ticket regarding it being the wrong color indicate that we
were unable to reach her to correct the issue over the course of several months. We would be happy to offer her a discount on the purchase of new furniture and apologize for any inconvenience
