Ambit Energy has great customer service and provides wholesale rates to their consumers! They save you money on your electric bill long term ! I love the free energy program they offer, if you refer your family and friends to Ambit and qualify for free energy, Ambit pays you a portion or all of your supply portion of your electric bill. No one offers that !!!! I love my free energy !

Great Company, I already have to pay my Ututy Bill's, so might as well save money every month. No cost for me to become a customer or cancel. BEST part, I decided to participate in thier FREE Energy program, so I get a check every month. 1/2 if my gas bill was paid for this month with that check. Who else has a program like this....!!

This is a top shelf company that is run with integrity and honor. No company is perfect but Ambit is definitely striving for perfection which is all we can ask for. I recommend their service to all that are in deregulated markets and if in a deregulated market you should call PUC and express your dissatisfaction with not being able to choose your provider of energy.

I absolutely LOVE Ambit Energy. To open an account you have to go through a third party verification to verify that YOU definitely want service with them; to confirm it was ME that wanted service. Their customer care team was pleasant to deal with, a little long on the wait time, but extremely pleasant, but I do love the fact that I have a personal consultant that I can call before I call customer care if I so choose. Also, Ambit's Wholesale Club rates are AMAZING!! I also love my FREE ENERGY that I receive every month for referring family/friends to Ambit. I will be recommending Ambit to all of my friends....

Ambit does what they say they will do. I have been a customer for 5 years in IL, and I have referred my 15 customers and I do receive my FREE Energy rebate check every single month. Essentially, my rate is ZERO just for referring a handful of friends/family to Ambit through the free website they provide each customer. I would NEVER Switch from Ambit because Nobody else offers it free forever.

We have been an Ambit customer for 3+ years. We are guaranteed a savings of at least 3% here in Pennsylvania. Each year you do, by law, have to renew your account to get the savings. But Ambit is great in sending reminders to do just that. The process is simple if you have an account on line or just call in before the renewal to confirm the same rate. They also send you a letter letting you know how much you saved and if it isn't at least the guarantee, you get a check for the difference. We recently received our letter letting us know that our savings was actually 4%, even better than the guarantee. Next year it will be even more now that we have referred more customers to earn free energy. We are very happy with the company and their service.

We have had the most AMAZING experience with Ambit Energy. We were thrilled to find a company that values its customers and offers rewards to all of them. We have experienced excellent customer service each time we have called. The people who work there are happy to serve and do not hate their jobs. We are thankful for savings and for free energy and would recommend this company to anyone.
I find that when reading reviews people often complain more than compliment. But also, people complain about something if they don't understand it. This doesn't mean that a company is bad or hasn't done what was promised. After reading some of the reviews for Ambit Energy I find the same to be true. Some of these appear to be false reviews too. There are services and situations mentioned that can't possibly be for Ambit Energy because Ambit doesn't offer the services or do the things that are mentioned.
This is my social service announcement to all: Please read reviews with a grain of salt. If people are going out of their way to write a good review, it is probably a very good company. Online reviews have become a breeding ground for negativity. Proceed with caution.

Ambit Energy has been a no cost option that has allowed our lege family to lower our utility bill. It took just a few minutes to enroll as a customers. The 3rd party call was an extra step but I did not mind it. At least I know that someone cannot just grab my account information and enroll me without my consent.

Ambit is a great Christian company.. I have met many people at cooperate and they do nothing but take the best care of customers and consultants Yes, rates go up if the customer doesn't call and renew but the are sent a reminder so there is no reason people shouldn't take care of this. Don't blame the company for something you chose not to take care of No different than if you don''t pay a bill you get a late charge.
