Kevin did an AWESOME job in helping me with my overdue student loans. Yes, this was my fault..... I just couldn’t manage these high dollar payments. Kevin and the Alumni Support Team assisted me with this. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to help their customers out.

I was barley able to make my student loan payments and was on the verge of having my wages garnished! I'm so glad I found ASC to help me out, I had no idea about forgiveness programs as my servicer never told me. There were very informative and transparent about the process. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are struggling with your student loans!

They were very sketchy on what the 4 payments were for. I was under the assumption I was paying my student loans for 4 months and then I would be enrolled in an official payment plan. It wasn't until AFTER I signed the documents that they said it was payments to them for processing paperwork. I could have done this paperwork for free on my own!

At first I was a little skeptical about the the whole idea of loan forgiveness then I spoke to one of the managers there Leon. He was able to explain everything with detail and guided me through the programs and showed me they were in fact real. I am just glad I was finally able to take care of my student loans rather than have them hang over me like an impossible debt to pay.

I spoke with Kevin Johnson today from the alumni Support Center. Kevin was absolutely amazing and a delight to work with he helped me with issues that I have been having regarding my account for the past 12 years Yes you heard that right 12 years I have been working to resolve these issues and no one has been able to help me but Mr Johnson managed out me today and less than 30 minutes to resolve all the issues I had he was beyond professional and Beyond nice I cannot say enough about mr. Johnson and just how well his customer service was and just how happy he made me if you have any issues problems questions are concerned I would highly recommend Kevin Johnson I don't believe there is another person out there who can do the job as well as he so I just wanted to say thank you to Kevin Johnson again for all the help that he gave me and wanted to let everyone know just how amazing he is
