She understood the nature of my complaint and agreed to honor 9 more annual maintenance service visits. I was completely satisfied with this agreement. I am rejecting this response because:
1) As of June 7 Customer Relations continued to tell me the Accounting Dept. was refuding my $$ via [redacted]2) [redacted] claims A.J. Perri never contacted them; 3) The original check given to me WASN'T SIGNED;4) Today I was told by ** Bank that the replacement check couldn't be cashed for the following reasons a) A.J. Perri didn't have sufficient funds to cover the check b) the person that signed this check, signature wasn't of file with the ** Bank and c) A.J. Perri ISSUED A STOP PAYMENT ON THE CHECK.After going back & forth today with ** Bank & A.J. Perri I finally got my money. Reason I am rejecting the response is due to all the nonsense on A.J. Perri's part in refunding me my money and the comment "we come to learn that the customer was unable to cash the check as they claimed the signature was not valid". Who signs a check like this / ___That's not a signature & the bank just handed the check back to me. Maybe if A.J. Perri hired compenant people to begin with non of this would have taken place.Regards,[redacted]

AJ Perri came to my home because of a sewer line clog causing problems with mh toilets and bathtub. Three different techs came out on back to back days but never fixed the problem. The first tech did not stay long enough to even find the clean out valve at my home to even try and correct the clog cause it got dark outside. The tech the next day claimed his equipment couldn't operate because it was stuck because according to him my sewer line was collapsed and broken in several places and needed to be replaced. So again another tech not actually fixing anything. He instead put the fear of God into me that the whole sewer line needed to be replaced and it would be expensive but they offered financing. Then he talked up a trenchless system so the driveway and landscaping wouldn't be horribly affected. Then I had to pay $94 for a service call fee when the guy didn't even do anything. My husband then had to come home early from work at his first job and was late to his second job because we were told both of us needed to be home to view a camera feed that yet a different tech was going to come and show us. The camera showed nothing but water. Again told sewer line was blocked and clogged and broken and collapsed. Told the line was made of some cardboard coated in some apoxy and it had fallen apart. Then made aware that the trenchless system was not an option and we would have to have the driveway completely destroyed and the landscaping too. This is costing $11,500 according to them. Not including replacing landscaping and driveway. This was all very disconcerting so we decided to get a second opinion. We called our water company whom we have an insurance protection plan with. They sent out a plumber who came and fixed the clog and our problem and said nothing was wrong with the line. Said it was made of cast iron and not the cardboard we were previously told. Needless to say we dodged a huge bullet by not going with AJ Perri and getting a second opinion. Do not use this company for any reason. They are liars and scam artists and horrible people.

check was sent to the customer instead. However, we come to learn that the customer was unable to cash the check as they claimed the signature was not valid. We are in the process of preparing a replacement check for the amount of the refund and will get it to [redacted] in the very short term.Thank you

A plumber has been dispatched to the [redacted] residence this morning in order to address any issues which they have with the recent replacement line and lingering odor. One...
of our customer service representatives will be following up again after the plumber has left the residence.
I received your e-mail regarding the response from A]. Perri. l was unable to forward my comments through your site. Therefore, I am letting you know through this e-mail that I have contacted A.J. Perri and informed them that I am willing to accept a refund for $ 171.41. As per our telephone conversation, they are crediting my credit card for this amount.
