We are highly dissatisfied with A.J Perri for the following reasonsOut of the labor contractual requirements, was fulfilledIt took us months to get some type of a response, in which I was told "the supervisor will call you back." The dig department left a large opening filled with rocks for monthsmonths waiting time and countless calls to the department for a resolutionIn addition, we had added costs to pass inspection due to inadequate levels of the water line respirator left by dig departmentFor a company that prides on service and guaranteed work, they lacked professionalism, accountability and overall very poor business practice

ultimately, did not resolve the issue for which our service technician was called. We will also refund an additional $for the inconvenience of multiple visits which were made to the *** residence. Hence, total refund offered is $855.13.Thank you

We did speak to *** *** yesterday as he mentions We are sorry to hear he has different sentiments this morning about doing business with A.JPerri.However, as we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will cancel the free furnace cleaning for fall and refund the service fee paid

Today, 5/10/16, two AJPerri technicians came over for a routine service visitDavid K*** and Jonathan C*** They were both very professional and patient in explaining to me the ins and outs of their visit protocolBoth were very thorough,polite and attentive to leaving everything the way they found itDavid reviewed in detail the recommendations resulting from their assessment
He made sure that I understood everything clearly as did JonathanThese are exceptionally professional, consumer oriented individuals who really give AJPerri a testimonial by their conduct as to the quality and fine workmanship given to its' clients

We have attempted to contact *** *** *** several times but have not been successful.A.JPerri did reply to a service request on December 10th and visited *** *** home, however, no money was collected.We are sorry to learn of his disappointment with our service and
diagnosis.Our office is eager to speak with *** *** but because no money was collected in reference to the service in question there is no refund to offer.Thank you

The rep from AJ Perri showed up on 08/10/for my yearly maintenance apptI have being a customer for the past years, now my sister-in-law and my mothlaw (older lady) was home to let the rep in the houseThis rep proceed to tell the ladies that the unit we have is years old and should have only last for yrs and its living on borrowed timeHe contnue to say the parts for the unit is discontinue and threrfore we needed a new unit because the repairs would cost over$2kEvery year for the past at least years No other tech mentioned a life cycle for this unit and more importantly I never had a problem with this unit no major repairs only years maintence , Prior to AJ Perri I had a other company doing the service, After speak with the ladies and then with me on phone telling him I wouldn't sign an additional two year contact he wanted to know if my unit worked during the recent heat wave I told him it work perfectly fineHe then said oh you will be calling in a few days and you won't be cover anymore When I got home I unndestood what he meantHe try to sabotage my unit my undoing a part of the duck work that attached to unit Ripoff
I call the his office and complain waiting to see if I get a return call ,,,

We were aware of the issue with the system prior to this complaint and were working toward resolution
Our warranty manager spoke to the customer yesterday (8/11) and a technician is returning to the home today to remedy the issues with the system

I am rejecting this response because: as per my letter, I have gotten no response on my several inquiries into the brand, age, type of furnace in my basement and why the model (brand?) would have been switched from what was specified in the signed proposalI also have received no information or requested paper work verifying the unit was placed under warranty, (warranty paperwork) or information on the nj rebate that the salesman said I was entitled to in writing on the jointly signed proposal and verbally.
I received some papers (4-year old whited-out internal memos and a few other documents that shed no light on the specifics surrounding my particular unit and an invoice for more money, even though I was asked , and did "pay in full at the completion of job as per AJ Perri's policyThe invoice was mailed months after I paid balance as asked by AJ perri rep in my kitchen with no reference or details to the boiler purchased (model/make seriel#/manufacturing date) under the description.
I have asked for responses to be sent via email, or mail, but have not in the weeks since I first looked into this mystery received any thing from AJ Perri in ways of explanation that can shed light as to (or even acknowledges) the boiler installed in my basement and the specifics as to it's make, manufacture or why AJ perri opted to install it without changing the model I had approved and researched and signed off on, without modifying the proposal in writing and getting my approval first since I was left with no paperwork other than proposal, and no rebate forms/warranty papers, or detailed description on a receiptI can only assume AJ Perri chose to install an older or possibly even returned boiler they had laying around and wanted to get rid of, and hoped I wouldn't have noticed it wasn't what I had ordered, with any brand indentification, nor was it a cureprrent model listed on the *** website it is listed on the *** website, buts as I said, no logo, or identifying features are visible to me or by the AJ perri rep sent to service and "show me it's a ***" as a single, older woman who owns a house and faced with big decisions and purchases for the first time in her life regarding that house ....it's all very unsettling, and the recent mailing of the first invoice for monies due several months after the fact...was NOT the information I expected from AJ Perri in the matter of resolution .

Received a reply from this awful company.  They charged for 6 years of service and parts.  I have never had a problem with a disposal and it's usually cheap enough to replace.  THIS IS A RIPOF!
