concerns, we do apologize however we are not able to assist with his claim that was filled with Guardsman.  Per our Sales Terms and Conditions that Chad had acknowledged and agreed to at the time of purchase, it states the we are not affiliated with nor do we back or support any plan offered by the protection plan vendor. This matter is between Chad and Guardsman.  Chad will need to contact Guardsman and follow the policy procedures that Guardsman requires.  Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. does not cover accidental damages or incidents that are caused by the consumer.  We do however cover any manufacturing defects within the first year of purchase.  Chad’s warranty expired on 3/25/2016. It is defective.  I was told before  I purchased the sleeper sofa it was steel made for two people to sleep n. They are trying to deflect that they were wrong and tried to not honor the terms of their warranty. The frame is defective even the protection plan representative said so.

The appointment I had scheduled with Ashley Furniture’s technician was canceled thru the automated system when they called me to confirm. I am declining their offer and I want a replacement for the 2nd damaged table they delivered. I am also requesting additional compensation for everything I have had to go thru, phone calls, tone off from work & having to rearrange my schedule to accommodate Ashley and not he able to take my son to basketball practice/games. Thank you.

After further review of Mrs. [redacted] complaint, we reviewed this with our HomeStore customer care management team. We have found on the initial delivery there was damage to the RAF power recliner. We sent out a tech, however Mrs. [redacted] wanted a replacement. Our management team authorized an even exchange of the RAF power recliner. We then received another complaint on August 15th 2016 stating the entire body sinks. The technician we sent out added foam and fiber fill to bring the unit up to manufacturing specifications.   At this time the furniture is out of the one year manufacturing warranty, if any further issues would occur Mrs. [redacted] can utilize her protection plan GBS.   Regards, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. [redacted] It has nothing to do with me breaking this sofa you sold me a sofa based on FALSE advertising I made my purchase based on how that sofa felt in the store had I know that this sofa was not going to feel the same way I would have chosen something else I see I am not getting any where with you people so I will take further ACTIONs

Upon review of the customer’s...

complaint we do show that the consumer did receive a reselection for the full amount of the mattress. However the customer did purchase the Adjustable bases which were not authorized as part of the reselection. The total after tax of the mattresses was $4268.38 which is the full amount the customer received. The amount of the adjustable bases was $2756.86 which was not refunded as the customer would be keeping these items. The customer also had a mattress protector and pillow they purchased which were also not refunded.
 
I do apologize but the customer has received the full amount of the in store credit that they were authorized and have already picked out new mattress to go with their adjustable bases. Ashley Furniture does not offer refunds on mattress however in this case did offer a reselection/in store credit.
 
The Ashley Furniture store that the customer has been working with has explained this to the customer as well. There was never a refund to the customer’s credit card that was authorized.

Good Afternoon Mrs. [redacted],Our retail location has made contact with Mrs. [redacted], and a pick up of all items has been scheduled for August 2, 2016. A refund will be issued to her Visa and Synchrony card upon  completion of the pick up. I have received the money. My complaint came from the fact that they lied to me and told me the money was refunded on 5/10. Which it obviously was not. I had to call 4 times, I was lied to by EVERY SINGLE WORKER there, I was yelled at, I was told I was a liar, and then foinally some girl called back and asked me for my debit card number to do the refund. Regardless of me having the money back this should reflect poorly against Ashley a home Store in Clearwater as they lied to me for 5 straight days and caused issues with my banking and personal life. Revdex.com:

After review of Mr. [redacted]’s claim, we have reached out to the upper management at our retail store location. They have advised that they spoke to Mrs. [redacted], and there is an exchange that has been processed for the items that are damaged. The delivery date is scheduled for 9/12/17.
