I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.5 years is not an acceptable time to remove my name and address. I would like it removed for 10 years. JUNK is what you peddle, junk is what your business sells, JUNK is spamming my neighborhood and all my neighbors who do not know how to stop the junk mail from coming.
10 years is a reasonable time period. Anything less and I will boycott all companies you solicit. Perhaps this is the only language you understand.
I fully expect that you will not be man enough to honor my request.
Regards,

I just pulled another bundle of your junk mail from my box. I don't think blaming the post office is fair since the mail obviously comes from your company. The post office just delivers it.

To say that an average person lives at an address is 5 years is ludicrous. I would like to see the data they have to support this theory. They are violating my rights and I demand they remove us permanently, otherwise, it is harrassment. In addition, we know they have the ability to remove us immediately and we also demand they do so since we continue to get their junk mail. They are contributors to killing the environment and will reported to the appropriate environmental agencies if they do not cease and desist.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am grateful for your intercession. I did not receive a copy this week, so it appears that the 5-6 weeks was accurate. However, these mailings do NOT have labels as stated. The address is printed directly onto the cover address area, probably from a digital file. This shouldn't take 5-6 weeks. Thank you, again. I am so happy not to have to deal with bulky trash in my mailbox.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, it's unfair to the consumer/person making complaint, to have to opt-out again in 5 years! Valassis should be able to permanently suppress any marketing materials coming to this address.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regarding "In the letter, Mr. [redacted] requests removal from our mailing list for
ten years, rather than five years. However, we are unable to meet his request as our system allows only
for a five year removal timeframe."
Now, that is about the lamest excuse I have seen. Who developed the system? How convenient to allow only a five year removal period.
It appears, as we all can see coming, that I will lose my complaint, as will everyone who ever complains about getting removed permanently from junk mail lists to the Revdex.com. Rest assured Valassis, I will not purchase anything advertised in your flyers, and I will suggest to everyone I know that they do likewise. You may win this battle, but I will win the war.

I received your letter with the response from Redplum.
They are bold faced lying!
As I stated before, first they changed the name and address from my name to my husbands, and now they leave the name blank or put "resident" above the address.
I can provide a picture from the one that comes this week if you need it.
Don't let them continue to get away with this blatant disregard for consumer requests to be removed.
They plug up our mail system and create huge amounts of waste!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I don't know why Mr. [redacted] refers to me as a woman, and his letter where he states: "Please make the consumer aware that occasional postal delivery errors could result in receipt of RedPlum mailings intended for other mailboxes" is simply not true. I am still getting RedPlum mailers for my exact address, "[redacted]". Not #[redacted], Not [redacted] not anything else, but *MY* address. I keep receiving them every Thursday, and in fact, got one today. I also find it outrageous that I have to re-apply to not get their junk every 5 years, where I will be forced again to spend months trying to get them to stop mailing me. People should have to opt-in for their junk if they want it, not be forced to fight them to opt-out of it.
Regards,

Hello,The address of [redacted] is a business. The RedPlum advertising is not mailed to businesses. If this is not the address in question please provide the full address so that we may research and resolve this for the consumer. Sincerely, Valassis RedPlum Mailing List Group
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in the sense that I know Valassis is not going to make it any easier to stop receiving their mailings.
I would like to make it clear to Valassis that if I continue to receive their Red Plum mailings that I plan on writing each business featured in the mailing individually advising them that I will not be patronizing their shops any longer due to their involvement with Valassis.
The "service" that Valassis "provides" to the public is simply put, a nuisance.
I continue to look forward to the day when I no longer have to see their mailings stuffed in my mailbox and strewn about my apartment building's hallways.
