Horrible business! A guy on the strip had my mom sign papers on the beach - without giving her time to read them - promising that she would receive discounted tickets to a local attraction Upon her arrival to the scheduled meeting, she was treated rudely and shuffled off into a side room After confusion between two employees about whether she really had a meeting or not, she waited some more Eventually, a man called her into a second office and reprimanded her for being too old He then told her that people over are not "internet savy" enough to use the program and refused to give her the discounted tickets The good news is she got her deposit back The bad news is she wasted a Saturday morning and was treated badly

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: number one: I purchase this in August thinking I would be able to afford using itnot knowing that in December I got rear ended in a car accident which has left me not working! Alas, since it was job related I am currently on [redacted] which only pays 60% of my wage! This is a medical and financial hardshipwhich I am still facing! I don't recall being compensated for two monthsI will be looking into my checking account further Two: I cant log in to my account to check on deals if I am unable to afford them at this time!Three: I had to get a credit card with lower interest to pay off this high interest account!!!!Four: I have made several attempt to resolve issues with this company and have not gotten the matter resolve to my satisfaction.Five: They said they contacted me on october 6, and yes we chatted a moment, at the time I was going to be available the next afternoonI had a personal emergency that came up and could not respond thenTheir message said they would contact me by monday october I have repeatedly left messages since October 7th no return calls on their end.Patiently waiting for this to be resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on April 9, They chose to finance their purchase and completed paperwork detailing the terms of the agreement They completed an online tutorial of the live website and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website They also signed and initialed their understanding of the cancellation policy, which is a full seven days from the date of purchase Their personal login information provided access to the same website they viewed during the online tutorial A review of their account shows that they have never contacted Reservations for any quotes or bookings In addition, they have never contacted the sales office for assistance This customer chose not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on April 19, 2015, and as the Annual Renewal Fee is an option fee, it is not a required payment After a 90-day grace period their online account was deactivated from usage However, a login audit shows that their last login was November 23, 2014, more than one year ago It is unfortunate that this customer chose to file a complaint rather than contact us directly However, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base Please encourage this customer to contact us so we may work toward a resolution Thank you for your notification, and Happy Holidays

The product was purchased and shared by two couplesThe complainant was not a purchaser of record but his wife wasThe other couple involved have expressed that they felt accurately informed and wished to keep the productIt is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] is dissatisfied with his purchase but we take exception to his assertion that he was "scammed" Our customer service department is currently working out a resolution with the client

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on January 15, As they were on vacation and funds were tight, they requested to defer their initial payment until February 5, At the time of purchase, they signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks once their initial payment was processed For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website They also signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no such cancellation request was ever submitted Their initial payment was processed on February 5, 2013, and their personal login was issued that same dayThis customer contacted the sales office on July 31, to request an extension on the $Resort Condo Vacation Certificate they received at the time of purchase An extension was granted until February 5, On November 5, they booked a vacation in Honolulu, HI using the website They contacted the sales office again on November 13, to request instructions for redeeming their Certificate on that vacation They subsequently submitted their Certificate, and rebate check# in the amount of $was mailed to them on December 4, There have been no additional calls to either the sales office or Reservations since that timeA login audit shows this customer has not logged into their account since January 11, They elected not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on February 5, 2015, and after a short grace period their online account was deactivated from usage In September of they discontinued making the monthly payments on their account After months of unanswered calls from the billing company, their account was placed in Collections due to its delinquent status That notwithstanding, we have reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and will continue to work toward a resolution Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on July 5, This customer received their login information at the time of purchase, and also completed an online tutorial of the live website and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period Roughly three weeks later, this customer contacted us with financial concerns They were offered both a reduction and a deferment of their payments, and although they accepted the offer verbally, they never completed the paperwork to modify their account They also failed to respond to our subsequent attempts at contact This customer has never made a single payment on their financed account, and although they still have access to the program they have not logged in since September 9, That notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a resolution is currently underway Thank you for your notification, and Happy Holidays

This customer states “Our complaints lie with the lack of response from staff”, yet our records show numerous calls and emails made to this customer since his purchase in March of Roughly contacts have been logged by Reservations, and in fact this customer has used the program to book both a cruise and a short two night hotel stay This customer has contacted the sales office for assistance only three times, and all calls were returned if not the same day, then within hours This customer has not contacted the sales office since July of 2014.It is unfortunate that this customer never attempted to resolve any of his issues directly with Vacation Breeze We feel that this complaint was unwarranted, as we were not given any opportunity to satisfy this customer prior to this complaint notification However, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base We have since been in contact with this customer, and a resolution is currently underway.Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied consumers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on March 3, At the time of purchase, she signed her understanding that her personal login would be issued within two weeks For that reason she completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed her satisfaction of the live website She further signed and initialed her understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no cancellation request was ever submitted in person or otherwise A review of her account shows that she has only contacted the sales office one time, on March 13, The reason for that call was to request her login information, and to change the credit card on file for both her monthly payments and the Annual Renewal Fee She also had questions about the $Resort Condo Vacation Certificate she received at the time of purchase, as she intended to take a Cruise and hoped to utilize her Certificate on that Cruise booking A login audit shows that she has only logged into her account three times, the most recent being March 23, She has never contacted Reservations for assistance with any quotes or bookingsThis customer never made any payments on her financed account, and her account was ultimately entered into Collections She also chose not to pay her Annual Renewal Fee on March 12, After a grace period, her online account was deactivated from usage However, her most recent login remains March 23, That notwithstanding, we have already reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and will continue to work toward a resolution Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on June 26, At the time of purchase, they signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website They also signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period No such cancellation request was ever submitted, and their personal login was issued just ten days later on July 6, This customer has only contacted the sales office twice; once on July 17, regarding their login information, and once on July 10, with questions about the possibility of selling their program They spoke with Reservations on August 22, and received quotes to the Bahamas for travel in September They subsequently chose to vacation to Panama City Beach, FL instead, and booked their accommodations via the website They contacted Reservations again on October 1, to obtain their Member ID, which was needed to redeem the $Resort Condo Vacation Certificate they received at the time of purchase They subsequently submitted their Certificate, and rebate check# in the amount of $was mailed to them on October 7, There have been no additional calls to either the sales office or ReservationsA login audit shows this customer has only logged into their account one time this year, on June 24, Their previous login was more than one year ago, on June 3, There were no additional logins in Shortly thereafter, on June 26, 2015, they chose to pay their financed account in full We have re-reviewed our call logs and have found no recent calls from this customer We have confirmed that their most recent contact was July 10, That notwithstanding, we have already reached out to them in an effort to resolve this matter, and will continue to work toward a resolution Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo
