We take exception to this complaint and the numerous statements contained therein This client claims to be experiencing a “financial crises”, yet within the paperwork he initialed that this purchase did not constitute a financial burden He claims he was “pressured”, yet a high percentage of our sales guests view the product and say no No one is harassed or intimidated, and we treat all guests with professionalism and courtesy He claims that the “website has the same deals they had in Aug 2014”, however that is simply not the case Our website is constantly updated to provide the most current, real time inventory He claims that Vacation Breeze “sold our phone info to solicitors”, however we have and maintain a very strict privacy policy Vacation Breeze has never participated in the sales or distribution of client information Likewise, we have never engaged in the misrepresentation of our standing with the Revdex.com The “recurring bill” is simply the monthly payment on the financed portion of his account, all terms of which were fully disclosed at the time of purchase He is absolutely correct in that the billing company has no authority to cancel an enforceable consumer contract Furthermore, this client has never contacted Vacation Breeze regarding any issues with his program In fact, the one and only call this client made to our office was to inquire about a certificate he received at the time of purchase This client was granted the ability to apply his certificate to an airline reservation, which resulted in a rebate check being sent to him for the full amount of the airline tickets That check has long since cleared our account That being said, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base We have attempted to contact this client, and left voice messages for him on March 19, March 20, and March 21, An email message was sent to him on March 26, as well To date this client has not responded, and we are unable to move forward with any resolution until he does so
The cancellation period specified in the contract is one week, and this customer signed and initialed her understanding of that right at the time of purchase Furthermore, she received access to the program the day of purchase, in addition to a complete tutorial Shortly after receipt of this complaint, we received a letter from this customer requesting cancellation for financial reasons We have attempted to contact this customer by both phone and email in an effort to resolve this matter To date she has not responded, and we are unable to move forward with any resolution until she does
This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on March 14, At the time of purchase she completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed her satisfaction of the live website She further signed and initialed her understanding of the one week cancellation period On March 20, she elected to downgrade her purchase to a smaller program As she had originally chosen to pay in full, she received a refund of the difference in purchase price Since the original refund was processed on March 21, 2015, she has never contacted the sales office for assistance She has also never contacted Reservations for assistance with any quotes or bookings That notwithstanding, we have recently reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and look forward to her responding to our Customer Service team Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo
This client has never contacted Vacation Breeze regarding any issues with their program size="3"> They have only called Reservations for assistance with two short hotel bookings Within their complaint they reference “low weekly rates”, yet they have never requested a week long resort stay Their claim that the product is a "Scam" is unfounded and untrue It is unfortunate that this client never attempted to resolve any of their issues directly with Vacation Breeze We feel that this complaint was unwarranted, as we were not given any opportunity to satisfy this client prior to the Revdex.com notification However, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base, and this issue has been resolved Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied consumers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on April 17, At the time of purchase, this customer signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no cancellation request was ever submitted Their personal login was issued on April 27, A review of their [redacted] shows that they have never contacted the sales office for assistance They have also never contacted Reservations for assistance with any quotes or bookings A login audit shows that they have not logged into their [redacted] since February 28, This customer chose not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on April 26, As the Annual Renewal Fee is an optional fee, it is not a required payment After a grace period their online [redacted] was deactivated from usage However, their most recent login remains February 28, This [redacted] is under the names of both [redacted] “***” [redacted] and [redacted] Both parties clearly signed all documents associated with the purchase There is certainly nothing fraudulent about the transactionThat notwithstanding, we have already reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and will continue to work toward a resolution Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

While in Hawaii in 2013, we made street contact with a young man that was offering considerable discounts for Hawaiian events stipulating that we only needed to attend a hour seminar We elected to do so The seminar promoted huge discounts on vacations with examples Then the one on one sales pitch began Packages from $3,to $7, I asked the presenter, in front of the group, if this was a legitimate vacation club with real savings over and beyond what could be received from the likes of Expedia The presenter laughed and indicated that Vacation Breeze is killing the other vacation websites, and not by a little He referred to an example, where Vacation Breeze offered a trip to Rome for 30% less than the best on-line web site After three years, I have tried them for a Norwegian Cruise Line trip in the Mediterranean, a trip to Paris, and a trip to New York City In each case I even stated the hotels that I wanted to use Regardless, I was able to book the trip cheaper than Vacation Breeze using the EXACT same criterion for travel dates and accommodations So much for the fabulous vacation savings But I received a call this morning from their billing department that said that my credit card on file had expired and that I needed to update it The charge is for the annual fee The total fee of $3,was paid in Hawaii, but then there is a much smaller annual maintenance fee I told the lady that I am not going to continue because there are no savings for me, and therefore no interest to continue and that I am sorry I purchased in the first place I was told that the contract does no allow me to cancel the annual fee, even though their purchase fee had been paid up front I said the misrepresentations of the sales staff, and the inability to achieve saving on vacations is a fact To require continuing payment for misrepresentation and non-performance should be my choice I should ask for my money back, and if there were a class action suit, I would surely become a participant Vacation Breeze is a sad blemish on beautiful Hawaii

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on February 24, At the time of purchase, this customer completed an online tutorial of the live website and her personal login information provided access to the same website she viewed at the time of purchase Her only call to the sales office was a couple of days after purchase, at which time she needed her Resort Condo Vacation Certificate replaced as the original had fallen off her hotel balcony A login audit shows that this customer has not logged in since November 25, A review of her account shows that her last call to Reservations was in February of regarding a week in Porta Plato On February 20, 2014, a reservation agent left a follow up voicemail, however this customer never responded This customer discontinued making payments on her financed account in May of The last payment made was on April 24, Due to its delinquent status, this account was recently placed in Collections That notwithstanding, we have recently reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and look forward to her responding to our Customer Service team Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

True " I was coerced into taking a loan for the remaining $at an exhorbitant interest rate of16.9%." All clients that choose to utilize our financing are offered the same terms and interest ratesMr [redacted] chose to accept those terms of creditIn addition, he was offered a Same as Cash option with zero interest for days "I made a a hurried decision under intimidation and harassment to enter this contract." A high percentage of our sales guests view the product and say noNo one is harassed or intimidatedWe treat all guests with professionalism and courtesy "I tried to make use of this scheme on numerous occasions only to find that my choices were unavailable." All customer service calls are logged, and we have no record of any calls to our local officeIn fact, our only communication from Mr [redacted] was on May 21, 2013, when we received his $Resort Condo Vacation Certificate for redemption on his booking to the Club Vacances Toutes Saisons in Quebec, CanadaHe booked a bedroom unit from April to April 19, Since the unit was priced under $500, he literally enjoyed a free week at the Club Vacances Toutes Saisons within his first month as an owner with Vacation BreezeThis is an example of a Vacation Breeze promise kept *Upon further reviewing Mr [redacted] 's account, Vacation Breeze has gathered the following information, which we now believe is the actual source of his frustration When Mr [redacted] chose to finance his purchase, he was placed into Billing and his first monthly payment was collected on April 25, In May, Mr [redacted] contacted the Billing Company to change the credit card on file for the monthly paymentsHowever, the card he provided was identified as an Invalid Card, and no additional payments were collected on the accountAfter months of non-payment, his account was sent to Collections In January of this year, Collections made contact with Mr [redacted] , who was surprised to hear that no monthly payments had been collected since April of last yearIn an email to the Billing Company dated January 13, 2014, Mr [redacted] states "I believed all was well with the account until just last week, on the 9th January 2014, when I received a phone call from a debt collecting agency." He continues "I have since found out from my bank that DIRECT DEBIT FROM my second card is not allowedThis blockage is not activated by a personInstead, it is automatically denied electronicallySo there was no way of knowing that this was taking place." This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on August 3, A review of her account shows that she has never contacted Reservations for any quotes or bookings A login audit shows that at the time this complaint was submitted, her most recent login was on April 22, This customer chose to take advantage of the option to finance her purchase, and an account was subsequently setup with the billing company In January of this year she requested a two month hold on her monthly payments due to a medical hardship, which was immediately granted In September of this year, this customer submitted a check in the amount of $189, which is the amount of the Annual Renewal Fee However, the check was mailed to and made payable to the billing company rather than the Renewal Department Therefore, her payment of $was credited to her monthly billing account as an additional principal payment On October 6, 2015, the billing company received a check from this customer to pay her account in full Because the payment of $had also been applied to her account, the account was overpaid She will be receiving a refund from the billing company for the overpayment It is unfortunate that this customer never attempted to resolve any of her issues directly with Vacation Breeze However, we have attempted to contact her in an effort to resolve this matter We made contact with her on October 6, 2015, but she stated that it was not a convenient time for her She specifically requested that we contact her the following day after 2pm Pacific Time We have left messages for her repeatedly since then, however to date she has not responded We are unable to move forward with any resolution until she does
