They do have a legitimate travel club backing them up but the story we were fed said they had lots of Hawaii vacation packages available which is really not true. Their site offers industry standard discounts available through most sites like Expedia. Their best deals are for places mainly on the east coast of the US. We have no interest in this area so the membership is basically useless to us. Not a total scam but the deals are not worth the initiation payment they want. If you are interested, resist the high pressure and hold out longer and the price goes down. Shoot for $1000 or less.
It is unfortunate that this client has had such poor first experiences with our product. After speaking extensively with these clients we believe that there has been a genuine misunderstanding concerning our range of benefits. We never allow our people to say that we...
have "thousands of choices in any location" for instance, but "thousands of resorts worldwide". Our signature product, for example, would not be offered in St. Clairsville, Ohio (where these clients tried to use the product in January). We offer a wide range of resorts and those that utilize the program in destination resorts find the savings and benefits to be substantial. We do not, however, offer resort condo weeks in every location on the planet. These resorts are built in major vacation destinations, and subject to availability. In this case we have communicated directly with the consumer to resolve this issue to mutual satisfaction.
Please be advised that Vacation Breeze has relinquish us [redacted]/[redacted] of all financial responsibility of this debt and they will notify the collection agency ([redacted]) and this item will be deleted from the credit bureau and we will have no further financial obligation with Vacation Breeze. All related correspondence regarding this matter will be forwarded to you. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.[redacted] #[redacted]
We spoke with this customer on November 5, 2015, at which
point he claimed he received quotes to Virginia Beach that he felt were
high. However, this customer has never
contacted Reservations for any quotes or bookings. He made a number of hotel reservations using
the website directly, but each reservation was for a short overnight hotel stay
roughly 12 miles away from where he lives.
There have been no vacation requests made. We also reached out to this customer via
email on November 8, 2015, however he has not yet responded. We are
unable to move forward with any resolution until he does.
This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on May 17, 2015. This...
customer received and signed for their
personal login information at the time of purchase, which was active that same
day. They also completed an online
tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of
the live website. They further signed
and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period. There have been no cancellation requests
submitted. Furthermore, their statement
that a “fake Revdex.com site” was shown to this customer is blatantly false, and there
are certainly not “several hundred complaints” as evidenced by viewing the
official Revdex.com website today.
A
review of their account shows that they have never contacted the sales office
for assistance. Likewise, they have
never contacted Reservations for assistance, or for any quotes or
bookings.
That
notwithstanding, we have recently reached out to this customer in an effort to
resolve this matter, and look forward to their responding to our Customer
Service team. Thank you for your
notification, and Mahalo.
This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on July 4, 2014. A review of their account shows that they have
not contacted Reservations since March 19, 2015. A login audit confirms that they have not
logged in since June 2, 2015. The last
payment made on their billing...
account was on January 21, 2016, however there has
been no negative impact to their credit report.
The
first time this customer contacted the sales office for assistance was by email
submitted on March 24, 2016. We reached
out to this customer and left voicemails on March 25, March 29, and March
30. We have since been in contact with
this customer, and a resolution is currently underway.
Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo.

I am rejecting this response because: number one: I purchase this in August thinking I would be able to afford using it... not knowing that in December I got rear ended in a car accident which has left me not working! Alas, since it was job related i am currently on [redacted] which only pays 60% of my normal wage! This is a medical and financial hardship... which I am still facing! I don't recall being compensated for two months... I will be looking into my checking account further.
Two: I cant log in to my account to check on deals if I am unable to afford them at this time!
Three: I had to get a credit card with lower interest to pay off this high interest account!!!!
Four: I have made several attempt to resolve issues with this company and have not gotten the matter resolve to my satisfaction.
Five: They said they contacted me on october 6, and yes we chatted a moment, at the time I was going to be available the next afternoon. I had a personal emergency that came up and could not respond then. Their message said they would contact me by monday october 12. I have repeatedly left messages since October 7th ... no return calls on their end.
Patiently waiting for this to be resolved.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We received this complaint from the Revdex.com on the afternoon of August 19, 2015, however we spoke with this customer earlier...
that same day and believe this matter to be already resolved.
This customer contacted Vacation Breeze for the first time on the morning of August 19, 2015. She called at 7:26am and left a voicemail. She called again at 7:50am and was advised that our staff does not arrive until 8am, and that her call would be returned shortly. At 8:43am she spoke with a representative who assisted her and answered her questions. An email confirming the details of that conversation was sent to her at 10:22am.
Following receipt of this complaint we contacted this customer again today, August 20, 2015, who confirmed that she filed this complaint prior to speaking with our representative. Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience.
This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on October 12, 2013. At...
the time of purchase, this customer signed
their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two
weeks. For that reason they completed an
online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their
satisfaction of the live website. They further signed and initialed their
understanding of the one week cancellation period. No cancellation request was ever submitted,
in person or otherwise. Their personal
login was issued on October 22, 2013, and a login audit shows they logged in
that same day.
A
review of their account shows that they have only contacted the sales office
one time, on December 12, 2013, with questions about their account. Their last call to Reservations was December
5, 2013, and they have not logged in since February 24, 2014.
In
April of 2014 this customer contacted the billing company to make a payment on
their billing account. They paid by
credit card over the phone, and also requested that an auto debit form be
mailed to them. However, they did not
return the auto debit form, nor did they make any additional payments on their
account. After months of unanswered and
unreturned phone calls, the billing company entered their account into
Collections in October of 2014.
That
notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a
resolution is currently underway. Thank
you for your notification, and Mahalo.

This customer has never contacted the sales office for assistance. A review of his online account shows that his last website login was in December of 2014. Furthermore, he has only contacted Reservations one time, in September of 2014, regarding a reservation request. In addition,...
his billing account has recently gone into Collections due to a delinquent status.
It is unfortunate that this customer never attempted to resolve any of his issues directly with Vacation Breeze. We feel that this complaint was unwarranted, as we were not given any opportunity to satisfy this customer prior to this complaint notification. However, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base. We have since been in contact with this customer, and a resolution is currently underway.
Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience.
Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/06/24) */
This client sent a cancellation letter that was late but the management of Vacation Breeze has been working with her to try to find a more suitable and affordable option for her. She told us on June 16 that she would consider her options...
and get back to us. She has not contacted us since that time but we have maintained a helpful, responsive stance with this client all along.
Her claims of "Scam" are simply uninvestigated, unfounded and untrue. We have thousands of members that utilize our program for better vacations and voluntarily renew annually because Vacation Breeze delivers exceptional value.
We spoke with this client today and will work with her to resolve this issue.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2014/06/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
On 06-24-2014, I was contacted by a member of Vacation Breeze. They informed me the company would be refunding my $250 deposit and canceling my contract. I am very satisfied with this responses from Vacation Breeze.

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on December 13, 2013 and the address
listed on her agreement...
was taken directly from her Driver License which was
issued in Alaska. She chose to take
advantage of the option to finance her purchase and paid only a processing fee
at the time of purchase. She completed a
credit application in which she listed a monthly gross pay of $4,500 along with
a co-applicant monthly gross pay of $3,000.
This credit application was signed by both the customer and the
co-applicant. The last monthly payment
made on this account was in March of 2014, and several months later this
account was sent to collections due to its delinquent status.
This
customer has never contacted us for assistance.
A review of her account shows that she has not logged in since May of
2014, and she has never contacted Reservations.

was unwarranted, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member

This consumer purchased the Vacation Breeze product on May 26, 2015. On June 2, 2015 she submitted a cancellation request via...
email. The email was time-stamped at 9:57am HST. A written confirmation of the cancellation was provided by reply email and time-stamped at 10:51am HST. Our office contacted her later that same day at 2:49pm HST to confirm that her refund had been processed and that the receipt was being mailed to her address on file.

We received notification of this complaint from the Revdex.com today, June 3, 2015. However, the actual complaint is dated June 2, 2015 and time-stamped at 4:51pm HST. This complaint was filed AFTER the cancellation and refund of this account had already taken place, and was therefore completely and utterly unwarranted. This consumer chose to cancel her purchase, that cancellation was processed with professionalism and expedience, and she was promptly refunded. This consumer was never treated in anything less than a courteous manner.
This

online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed her satisfaction

her purchase to a smaller program. As
she had originally chosen to pay in full, she received a refund of the

bookings.
That
notwithstanding, we have recently reached out to this customer in an effort to
resolve this matter, and look forward to her responding to our Customer Service
team. Thank you for your

I am rejecting this response because:
In response to the most recent attempt at making a reservation, I was hung up on. The manager did call me and leave one voicemail, which I returned immediately. I have not received a single call/voicemail since. In regards to the rest of the quotes I was given, I never booked because I was always able to find a cheaper price from other businesses. These promises of low prices for resorts were falsely made. I have yet to find a good deal from this company and as a result have never booked. I have attempted on several occasions to book but why should I give this company more money when I already gave you thousands for a useless service? I am a medical student. I was promised I would save money and all I have done is lose. I tried to cancel and your representatives with low ethical tactics basically forced us to stay with the company. We were told that your Revdex.com rating was an A and it isn't. It's a C-. There is a reason it is so low. I cannot believe that this company has been allowed to continue to operate, praying on tourists trying to enjoy their vacations.
Sincerely,
