UHEAA has attempted to contact the customer. Normally, schools will report updated information to all servicers regularly. However, we have not received any updated information regarding school enrollment. The school's enrollment office should be contacted by the customer in order for them to...

UHEAA has been able to process the borrower's request for an Income-Based Repayment schedule and have confirmed no negative credit reporting occurred. We have attempted to notify the customer via telephone and will continue to reach out until we have reached a full resolution.

Uheaa has worked with the borrower and the  authorized 3rd party of the borrower's account who submitted the Revdex.com inquiry.  We were able to address the concerns and answer all the questions they had about the account.
