My loans were purchased by them a few years ago. They are no better than my former loan servicer at having an easily navigable website; they are even better at delaying or losing Income Based Repayment forms! I have no idea what they have calculated my current minimum payment to be. They sent several letters to my website mailbox but none of them state in a clear, easily understood way, what my monthly IBR is. I can't tell from the payment screen either because I always pay a little extra to try to keep my loan from becoming ridiculous. I owe 'nothing' towards a monthly payment yet I owe more than I borrowed due to the wretched and cruel way interest is calculated and applied! A representative also claimed they cannot apply Segal Americorp awards but that is untrue. So their call center representatives are misinformed, they cannot give you a straight answer and they loose paperwork unless you are on top of them every week!

Horrible experience I should take UHEA to court for mental anguish!
