I am rejecting this response because: The business attempted to help me find a solution
through different means, which is appreciated but was not successfulAfter I was told by the institution where I applied for, received, and went with questions about the services that they were handling for UHEAA, told me I had months, I took that month timeline to be trueUnfortunately for me, UHEAA says they should have never told me that, and it wasn't true, but when I was told this I had never dealt with UHEAA previously, and all correspondence had went through my institution previously so I would have no other reason but to believe what they sayUHEAA hasn't said that they will work with the institution to correct this issueAfter that, I contacted UHEAA where I spoke with a representative, and I asked told her about my issue and we came to what I believed was a resolution, but now I am told that the resolution we came to wasn't exactly what I had though or said, and unfortunately for me, the agreement we ended with greatly benefited UHEAA but did not benefit me at allI was lied to, and then mislead, to get money from meWhile UHEAA was trying to work something out, it seemed as though it was looking good to find a mutual resolution, but then I consolidated my loans and paid them off from UHEAA, and I was told now that I have done that they have very few options to help meUnfortunately for me, I feel like after being lied to and mislead, I am being punished for having my loans paid offAt this time I cannot call this complaint resolved but I'm afraid it is out of my hands

UHEAA maintains that the credit reporting submitted to each of the credit bureaus is correctEach loan is separately reported for all of UHEAA's student loan customers. The customer has the option to consolidate all of his loans into a Direct Consolidation Loan which would reduce the number of loans being reported to the credit bureausIf he so chooses, he can apply for a Direct Consolidation Loan thru StudentLoans.gov

UHEAA’s system does not automatically refund any overpayments under $UHEAA acknowledges that this customer overpaid his account by $Since the customer has requested this overpayment to be returned to him, UHEAA processed an ACH refund for $that should now be reflected in the
customer’s bank accountIf the customer’s bank account does not reflect this refund of $by 09/15/2016, he should contact UHEAA
