Review: [redacted] who is the owner of H and H was hired and to do a bathroom remodel. A contract was signed and a large deposit was made. After the defendant completed the work, numerous faults in the work were found. Two other contractors came and inspected the work and both identified that all of the work would have to be removed in order to correct code violations, waterproofing issues, plumbing leaks within the walls, and poor drywall finishing. He has also created additional expenses due to the drywall being opened in the adjacent rooms to examine the plumbing leaks. He is doing extremely poor work which is also dangerous. Tiles were loose which would eventually have been falling off of the walls in the shower as well as a potentially dangerous mold issue if the leak was not identified early enough within a closed wall. [redacted] will not respond to our requests for a refund and claimed that he was trying to file this under insurance, which would also be fraudulent due to his incompetence.Desired Settlement: We are requesting a refund of our initial deposit plus further expenses for additional repairs and demo costs.

Review: Contractor was contracted to construct a 10 x 16 storage building on June 13,2014. Contractor has failed to complete the work. Contractor has left trash and consumables throughout the yard. Contractor refuses answer my calls. Past conversation include lies and excuses. Contractor has been paid for contracted work.Desired Settlement: I am seeking the completion of the contracted storage building, or a refund to get the remaining work completed.
