I have been using fat wallet since and make most of the rebates on business travel (hotels)Whenever a rebate isn't processed (twice in years), their customer service always gets it back from meAs long as you have the enough to prove you stayed the nights, they seem to be very helpful

I understand the reversal of the cash back $and $72 but then they took off $and they refused to give me a reason why this was taken off my account
