Zoosk's renewal policy is outlined during the purchase process, and must be agreed to in order for the transaction to process successfully. First, lets get the facts straight. I requested the refund on the 23rd when I stated that if I did not receive it I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. The refund was not provided until the following day after I had filed with the Revdex.com.
In addition, I have 19 messages that I was not notified of until after I cancelled my subscription as a lure to get me to pay for your service again. If I would have been received those messages like I should have been, then I wouldn't have cancelled my subscription. It is NOT my fault that your company is operating in such a scammish manner. I feel it is more than appropriate, due to the time I had invested, to also receive a month of service at no cost so I may retrieve the messages and correspond with the people that I should have been able to when the subscription was active. Anything less, is unacceptable.

Good afternoon [redacted],
I should not have to continue to repeatedly explain the situation I faced with your company's website. So, READ CLOSELY and try to understand because apparently, with the response you gave, you haven't.
I cancelled my subscription because I was not receiving replies from people after about the first week. Within the same hour that my subscription was cancelled, I logged on to find out that there Were 19 replies that I should have received during my paid subscription, but didn't because of your faulty website or scam operation. It's either one way or the other. Those are the only two possible scenarios.
I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE MESSAGES, but I didn't. IF THE SERVICE WAS WORKING PROPERLY, I WOULD NOT HAVE CANCELLED.
Therefore, due to the time I had invested, it is more than appropriate for me to receive a full month of a paid subscription at no cost in order to retrieve the messages that I should have received (But didn't DUE TO YOUR company's FAULT) when I was a paid subscriber.
I really hope that you paid closer attention this time and understood what I have written.

If you are using Zoosk Messenger and you're on a person's profile, a gray "person" icon with a red circle with a slash will appear next to "Messages" underneath their photo. If you are using an Android device and you're looking at the profile you wish to block, next to the message space, you will see a "gift box" and three dots "". If you click on the 3 dots, you will be shown reasons to block that person. Click on "Report" and the profile will be removed shortly.
If you are using an iPhone and you're on the person's profile you want to report or block, tap on the three dots "" next to the gift box icon next to where you would normally type your message. Once you block someone, you should not receive any further Messages from that specific user, and you will no longer be visible to that person. The blocked user will no longer be able to send you Winks, Messages, Gifts, or Chat Requests on Zoosk. Users you have blocked will no longer appear in your Search results.

On Zoosk, "Views" is a special feature made available only to Subscribers. It allows you to know who has viewed you. I apologize for the confusion regarding the Zoosk photo verification process. Our records indicate that on May 21, 2015, Zoosk moderators were unable to verify your photos successfully. Zoosk is unable to video verify the following types of photos:
- group photos
- photos of objects, scenery, or animals
- photos where your face isn't clearly recognizable or identifiable, or where your face is partially covered
Zoosk does not have the ability to delete photos stored on your phone, nor the ability to recover lost photos onto your device. I apologize for any confusion that this may have caused.

We realize you are not satisfied with your purchase, so we have canceled your Subscription and requested a refund of $ 44.94. The refund will be issued directly to the credit card or account you used to make the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
We have a dedicated Anti-Fraud team that is devoted to removing fraudulent accounts to create a safe, fun environment to meet, date, and possibly find a soul mate. We also have the ability for all members to report profiles. Reported profiles are reviewed by Zoosk employees every day. You will not receive any follow up information regarding your submitted report, but please rest assured that we thoroughly investigate the content and behavior of the reported Zoosker. We will then take the appropriate action based on our investigation.

Thank you for the refund. I do appreciate that and my personal grievances are resolved, but my grievances with your business practices is not. I have no issue with the idea of the site, but there was way too many obviously fake profiles up for too long for it to not be put up by the zoosk corporation. Either that or you ate worse at fraud detection than my 85 year old grandmother that can't use the internet. Meaning I dont believe you, or you need to get your act together. This is why there is class action law suits. Invest in your anti fraud or fire people in your company for commiting fraud. Other than that the premise of the site is great. Better than match.com.

As previously mentioned we have provided a Refund for this members dissatisfaction with the service as he requested. Zoosk has a team who works diligently to investigate and remove fraudulent or fake profiles to create a fun and safe environment for our members.
