I had Zenner & Ritter install Mobile Link on my Generac generator that they installed. As usual, they were very punctual, courteous, and explained everything that they were doing. I always feel confident that the job was done well.

Greg of Z&R performed a tune-up for my AC unit. Very knowledgeable and personable, took time to explain the ins-and-outs as I asked questions. Clearly was thorough and provided honest advise on how to view my unit. Great tech, definitely provided/exceeded the value I expected from the tune-up. I may not need an immediate replacement, but will call Z&R when I do.

I was very pleased with the service call by Kevin R who got my furnace working again and diagnosed a simple problem to fix. He explained the technology of the furnace operation to me in a way I could understand and left me with a simple temporary fix to use (should the furnace cut out again) while waiting for a technician to come. He also diagnosed a replacement step that might be taken in future if furnace problems persisted.

I have always had a positive experience when dealing with Zenner & Ritter. The technicians have always been very knowledgeable and professional.

I couldn't be happier! Dave and Dan arrived 9:30 a.m. right on time, spread a canvas on the kitchen floor so they could get to the basement stairs to install the new water heater, and carried the old one out and drove it away! It was painless. Took about an hour and 40 minutes because I emptied what was left of the leak by hooking up a garden hose to the sump pump. Zenner & Ritter was the only company that could get to us within three days -- and it was actually just a half a day until they arrived! Woohoo! Very professional! Not a problem to be had! Also, I called several companies and they were pretty competitive with their pricing. And honest because they didn't charge me for two items that my house already had which the dispatcher said I might need -- so actually they were $40 less than the next best-priced competitor. Would have them back in a heartbeat, but hopefully this water heater will last 15 years like the last one.

The service tech arrived at our home during the time 'window', introduced himself and went right to work. Checked all aspects of the furnace, cleaned it out with a 'small vac' and changed the filter. Basically the furnace got a tune-up and we are ready for colder temps, although it's ok with us if it doesn't get colder. Serviceman was Andrew and he was polite and efficient!
