I haven’t booked an all out big vacation yet, just hotels here and there. I’ve consistently found that EVERY hotel I’ve booked within my first year of using this program has been roughly 10%-25% cheaper than every other website for traveling. I’m extremely frugal, detail oriented, and thorough in searching for deals, using coupons and ***, and worldwide travel experts is still cheaper. I’ve still yet to do a HUGE vacation like I signed up in this program to do, but I’m hopeful and expecting that it’ll be worth while when we do it. I’ve done some searching around within the website just pricing some stuff out and reading all the fine print. We normally book a big vacation once a year. We just went through a pregnancy and had our 4th child. So big vacations will have to stall until the newborn is at least a year or 2 old. The initial sticker shock of this “deal” was hard to swallow, but I’m hopeful after using it for a few big vacations, eventually it’ll start paying for itself in savings.

We booked 3 nights, 2 rooms during the Memorial day weekend at the ***. The price was very affordable! We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and the pool area. Although we don't have children, the hotel is very children friendly. If you are looking for a vacation it is a great get away for families and also for adults only. We also enjoyed being very close to the downtown area where you can enjoy local restaurants, bars, and art.

My experience with this company is not positive. I spent $9k to access their "unbelievable" travel prices. I booked a 5 month world tour and only was able to use it for one week in Greece. The hotel/resort was terrible and didn't save any more than booking through Expedia. Not happy at all.

I like the concept and I find really good deals on hotels. I have used them many times to book hotels because the price is significantly cheaper than *** or ***.

My husband and I are traveling to Burlington Vermont in July. We decided to look into booking a rental car. We compared prices with local rental companies and our World Wide Account...let me tell you the price difference is incredible. What a deal we received. The process was easy and so efficient. I will definitely book my rental vehicles through our plan going forward.

We purchased membership in 2017 and have used it a few times when on vacation. Now that I am retired, I just searched multiple sites for a hotel for a family reunion trip. Worldwide Travel Experts provided best rate for the holiday weekend trip. Very pleased with website and know I could have also called, but did not find I needed to since website performed great. Looking forward to using them for our future trips on 2018.

We signed up for Worldwide Travel while vacationing in Maui in 2017. We have had positive and negative experiences since we signed up.

Negative:
One of the main purposes of making this commitment was the appeal of the savings for Mexican Riviera resorts which was made during the presentation. Sadly, the presenter failed to mention that although the cost of the resorts per week was a great bargain, the resort All Inclusive fees were around $200/person/day. I have found many other companies and websites that I could go through that were less expensive than booking with Worldwide.
The other main negative is that it is really hard to get in touch with a concierge when needed, and although you do have the "call back" option, it usually takes several hours for a return call.
I have not found outstanding bargains on weekly stays yet, but hope to in the future. As of now, I don't find this investment a very good bargain.

Positive:
Customer service reps are always very friendly when I do get ahold of concierge and do their best to help with whatever question I may have. When I have called to get a matching price on airline tickets you have always come through for me and your car rental service has always been great.

My experience in using the website world wide travelers as been very satisfactory . I have had no issues on booking my trips. I have emailed questions and have received an answer within 24 hrs. I would recommend this website to others.

Since we began utilizing Worldwide Travel Experts in late November of 2017 we have been pleased with the discounts we are able to gain through use of their service. Two cases in point, In March we booked multiple rooms at the Conrad Chicago ( a beautiful new Hilton property) for less than 1/2 the regular room rate for a Saturday night. A $250 room for $120 that included all taxes and fees. More recently I booked a room at LondonHouse Chicago for 68 bucks (including taxes)!! I challenge anyone to go to the LondonHouse Chicago site right now, to search any day they choose and find a rate that low. You won't be able to beat that price. We are very satisfied with Worldwide travel and If you travel a lot, this company can become an invaluable asset.

Worldwide Travel experts is a better option than timeshares. So far I have utilized many aspects of what Worldwide Travel experts have offered. 1 night stays, weekly stays, car rentals are all deals I have used. I look forward to enjoying more weekly stays as that is where the majority of savings can be seen. I wish that Worldwide Travel Experts offered more of an opportunity to stay in Hawaii as this is where they are based.

During the relocation issue, it seemed that the hotel provider (Kauai Beach Villas) is the one at fault for pushing your booking to a sister hotel and not providing the original offering you had for the booking (ocean view and a full kitchen). Our reservations team worked to assist you in getting the entire sum refunded from the hotel after this issue and did what they could at the time to assist with rebooking. We understand that the issues you experienced unfortunately created stress and anxiety but our reservations agents assisted as much as they thought they could in the face of the hotel's mistake. We believe it would be fair to ask that, should you still wish to submit a negative review, please address it towards the hotel as opposed to Worldwide Travel Experts.

I recently booked Roosevelt Hotel in Manhattan via Worldwide Travel Experts and it saves me a lot of money. The website can save you money and time when you book your stay!

Awesome product my family and I have enjoyed several trips since we purchased ours back in February. It's so cool to have access to all these great condos, villas, luxury accommodations everywhere all over the world. We also use it for our business travel car rentals, you name it. So glad we joined our next trip is Kauai the garden island that's where Jurassic Park was filmed. It makes vacations seem so much more affordable my parents are finally taking that dream trip to Italy I'm so happy for them. Its easy to use and the value is incredible I highly recommend giving them a try you will be happy you did.

Was on vacation and was offered to go to a 90 min presentation that you can buy there program to be able to get great deals cheap vacations , rental cars and pass along to your family and friends by using a special website that the prensenter named shey , he shown cheap prices from his screen . They went over paper work with you except the cancellation form which is bull *** because they have you initial the forms and I believe they copy your initials on that form that they don’t go over with you I am 100% I did not review that form with the agent . There all very nice and don’t push you to buying because the presentation is so good on how they explain it. Actually the next day as I go online to start researching and wanting to see if this is true all the prices were outrageous and unbelievable and not what the presentation shown. This is a scam and I called there numbers that was given and the only working phone number is the reservation line which I asked to speak to the cancellation dept which was a hassle . I was able to leave one message on that next business day to cancel and no one returned my call back I tried to complain to the reservation line and they stated to call back and that they would email that department to contact me which no one called to follow up. I tried demanding to speaking to the manger and was told they would call me at this time the three days that they had stated that you had to cancel is all a scam and did not really have a running number to do so I called Ron who is the sales rep stating I want to cancel he never responded and ignored my text . I finally get a call from managment on Friday and said I’m stuck with this and there no proof of cancellation and stated that I had to have certify mailed my cancellation form by the third day. I explained that I had reached out in time to cancel and speak to someone about the process and no one return and refused to do business correctly . I then sent my certify mail on Friday and still no one called to follow up on that form that they indicate to send in. This is a scam and believe it’s a husband and wife in this business and all a scam and won’t care to help you out to help with the refund process. The manager tried negotiating with lower my price and has emailed me with a new contract with lower fees however I asked for my cancellation and refused to send it .

I would like to add to my complaint and add that this agency has violated privacy breached information and sent me someone else purchase file . I had spoken to manager shey and he explained that I was stuck and not able to cancel but he was willing to send me a lower amount and would write up another contract . As far as calling Worldwide Travel Experts a "scam", we firmly stand behind our program and trust that everyone in our company from the owners (no "husband and wife" involved) to our presenters are simply doing their best to convey the benefits and possibilities that your membership can provide. As far as helping you with the refund process, our administration department, our management team and our customer service department have all been trying to work with this issue as, though you were out of recision, they all worked together to make alternative offers since the contract was no longer in cancellation period and they were unable to override a signed contract.

In addition, we definitely do not copy initials on our forms. That is an incredibly illegal action and, should you be interested, we are more than happy to forward your a copy of the cancellation form which does have your signature/initial.

Finally, there have been serious storms all over Maui, HI (the location of our company headquarters) over the past month and service (telephone/internet) have been slow in re-establishing connections for many businesses and we do not deny the communication inconsistencies but request that you understand the circumstances. Regardless, our customer service manager has sent an e-amil to you directly this morning and, again, we hope to help you quickly and efficiently on this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with how you tried handling my situation. During our interview and signing documents my husband and myself do not recall your agent Ron going over the cancellation form with us, although you explain that you have our original initials on that form is untrue . I believe you had copied our initials on that form and again we were not aware of that form at all. I am contesting this and I am 100% we did not sign the form and the form was not discussed with us . If it was to had been discussed I would of defentily had sent in the form on Monday when I reached out to Ron the sales agent explaining that I wanted to cancel. I do have text and a call log that I had contacted several times to cancel as well calling your Conteriage department which inside the contract forms state that our conversations are recorded and would ask for a copy transcribed document calling Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday to cancel our program. I believe this is a scam and believe that your agency did not do there job correctly to inform me how the cancellation process works . I did however dispute my charges with my credit card department regarding that your agency ignored my request and did not inform me the correct way to cancel and also know that it was not discussed. Your company also did not have a running number and feel this should be honored and corrected as I explained several times explaining I was not happy with the prices that the website that you provided was not matching what your presentation presented . I checked into all your reviews and complaints from different people complaining how your business is not trustworthy and how you treat your customers. I would like to also mention Isent in the cancellation form by certifying mail which no one has contact me either . As for the deal that the manage Dee called me on was to tell me that I was stuck and unable to cancel and there nothing I can do and she also stated she has no call history of me trying to reach anyone from her department about cancelling which is not true. I then received a call from shey trying to make a deal and had Dee forward a new contract lowering the fees and she sent me someone else’s contract which is a breach of confidentiality . I am seeking for an attorney and believe that your company does business unprofessionally as I have proof of this as well in my email. I am asking for a full refund thank you .

Aloha,Our company is not a scam. This woman did initial understanding the terms of the contract and terms of cancellation. She has already lied about a few things via e-mail and did not "do everything in her power to try and cancel" within the recision period as she states. Her review is damaging to our company's profile and, as I have been trying very hard to help her settle her issues via e-mail (I can provide copies of the emails if that would be useful), there was so much conversation back and forth that I forgot to also submit a reply via the Revdex.com website.Now, I am hoping we can get this review/complaint removed as she has been caught in at least one of her lies and also is no longer responding to any of our attempts to contact her. We sincerely hope to help all of our clients to the best of our abilities and, should she get back to us again, we will gladly attempt to assist her. I am rejecting this response because: I have full reports that I submitted to call to specifically call to find out how to cancel as well as speaking to concierge department demanding to speak to management as well as contacting the sales rep between the 3 days to cancel . I have submitted my call logs and text messages from the sales agent Ron M who knows very well how Worlds Travelers Experts of the policy of how the cancellation process works and what it is to just relate how to proceed. I have called On Monday Nov 6,7, and on the 8th demanding for assistance in cancelling and know one from customer service in concierge assisted in telling me how the process works, nor did they fail to connect me to someone from cancellation department which someone in concierge department stated that they would email cancellation department and stated they would have it down on record by email. . Worlds travelers experts has no number on there website indicating cancellation department. I had to wait till Friday for management to contact me back which sure the 3 days is over the contract policy however I have all rights to be told from anyone from that agency the policy and procedures by phone and there contact time is not a professional timely manner when getting back to me even by the higher management team. Management contacted me Friday Nov 10 and stated I'm stuck with this. I have not lied and did everything in my power to cancel in time. I have submitted already in previous complaint. Also on *** reaching out to me I do have the last email from Her on Dec 12 stating she was going to investigate more towards the employees and see how they handled all the complaints from me as well in me stating that I believe that there company is a scam because they know exactly what there doing and they use Weather conditions which is untrue. I have called around and asked in there same building where they hold the presentations that they have power up and running, however Worlds Travelers Experts uses power Outage and when you arrive to the presentation they have running projector and fans but no computers nor bathroom lights . How can they perform a business if they have power outage an where are they really getting there power from if stating power outage and still be able to make a sale but no one can call you back in a timely matter which I have. I have emails from another consumer that Worlds Expert has Breached a contract and sent to me with someone else information and so I contacted her letting her know and I have emails from her showing me what *** said and mentioned I was a scam and it wasn't true, also speaking to this consumer she stated that she sat in this presentation and was also mention power outage in July. This company does not know how to treat people with their rights to cancel and is not really honest and don't know how to run a business. I'm not in agreement to *** of how she wanted states she has been trying to contact me this is untrue and have emails to prove this. Thank you.

We believe that much of this members’ concerns are unfortunately unfounded and do not encompass the entire situation. Upon initially attempting to assist Ms. in this situation when she was first wishing to cancel, I had spoken with her multiple times on the phone and sent e-mail correspondence where I did agree that her case deserved to be heard and that we would do what we could to reverse the contract pending on the honesty of her claims.

Since this time, and as mentioned in her correspondence through the Revdex.com and via e-mail, we have regrettably found there to be some twisting of words and denial of facts on the complainee’s part.

Firstly, when the contract is signed, the employee assisting these clients (per protocol) goes through each page of the contract with the client and they initial to show understanding. One of those pages is a thorough outline of our cancellation policy, the acceptable forms of cancellation, and the length of the rescission period of the contract (3 days).

Ms. mentions “texting” and attempting to call. Neither of these is an accepted cancellation method. A letter via certified mail must be sent within the 3-day rescission period, which was not done.

“this company does not have a number on there forms to a cancellation department , however it shows reservations only”

There is no number because cancellation is via certified mail which was outlined and initialed on the contract. She also does mention attempting to cancel via the correct method.

“I do also have the cancellation form and the certify mail that I had tried to attempt and a copy of the post office showing it was sent to the company”

Yet does not include the fact that the certified mail was sent days past the end of the rescission period. In addition, she states she was not formally notified that the letter was received but it seems inconsequential as we were already in correspondence attempting to assist her and did mention that “the received certified letter” was late.

In summation, we do not wish any ill will upon another human being like this and truly wish things had not escalated this far. That being said, Ms. has refused to admit honesty as far as being aware of the correct cancellation terms and has brought false claims to the attention of Hawai’i’s Revdex.com. As one of many companies here in Hawai’I attempting to prove their honesty and trustworthiness in today’s market, we will not bow down to false claims when we have physical evidence of her acknowledgement via contractual agreement. We have already been in contact with a forensic consulting firm here in Hawai’i “***” who have agreed to provide a handwriting analysis to prove the validity of the signatures on the contract.

If Ms. is willing to completely recant her complaints made about our company and admits honesty to having been fully aware of the contractual agreements, we would be glad to settle this unfortunate issue and assist her in cancelling.

We purchased a travel service with Worldwide Travel on December 13, 2016 while on vacation in Hawaii. The sales pitch was convincing, but in actuality, what was promised was not delivered. The ease of planning a family vacation while saving thousands of dollars, was not achieved and in fact ended up costing us hours of time trying to plan, and more money than ever anticipated (or contracted). Experienced travel agents were just people sitting at a computer looking at the same screen I was. Agents were going to verify prices and availability with the resorts and get back to me. They never followed through. Within days of our original purchase, I was having difficulties scheduling a family vacation and frustration was setting in.

Finally, after many attempts, we booked a trip on March 1st. We had spoken to Ethan B. on February 28th and were given a quote for six adults and three children at an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic. The only way to hold the reservation was to place the order and pay for the accommodations in full. We did that through their agent. The only other contact we had with World Wide Travel prior to our trip, was on June 24th to arrange our transportation to the resort from the airport. Upon arriving at our destination, the check-in desk informed us that our travel agent failed to collect for our grandchildren and they were due $148 per child per night. This was $2,960.00! When the original reservations were made, it was well stated that we had children with us and they are included in the quote given to us. The resort suggested that I call Worldwide Travel which I did prior to finishing our check-in.

I was on the phone for over 2 hours. The agents at World Wide travel transferred me from person to person. I was told that emails had been sent to me explaining the situation in June. Since my *** was in front of me I could check my emails. No such email existed. I was to find out months later that the emails were sent to the wrong email. One of their personnel copied the email address incorrectly. They’ve sent me many emails advertising their service and seem to have a correct email address, but when it came to something of this importance, they sent communications to the wrong address. We were put in an awful situation and the only way to continue our vacation was to hand over our credit card and pay an additional fee for the grandchildren.
It should be noted that after I paid for the initial reservations in March, one of the lines on the travel document says “All room are booked and priced based on double occupancy…” but we were told by Ethan B and given a price that included the children so we never questioned it.

When we got home from our vacation, I started calling and writing letters World Wide Travel and have talked to many of their personnel over numerous hours. We have not been able to resolve our dispute in an acceptable manner. I have told them that I want our contract canceled and the money refunded. I have asked for $4000.00. Mr. I has told us that he will send us a refund check of $1,736.75. He insisted that his company is due the “money we saved” by purchasing our travel through them. On each of the travel documents, it has “Congratulations! You Saved _$___ and Earned _______ Reward Credits”. The company believes they are due this money from us. I disagree. We are asking for our contract to be canceled and receive the full $4299.00. (We were sent a voucher of $500 after booking the trip).

In our opinion, this company is a scam and does not save the consumer any money in travel accommodations and unfortunately, cost us thousands more than we were promised.

o We deliver on everything that is presented at the presentation. This is a fully legitimate and honest company and, should you wish to provide evidence of what it is you think was offered and not provided, we would be glad to look at it and figure out what was misunderstood at the time that the contract was signed.
o Your statement that time and money were not saved is an opinion-based argument. Most if not all of our members save both time and money using their exclusive membership and find the program to be of great benefit.
o Although we cannot account for an individual’s behavior, all of our reservation staff and personal concierge teams are put through a very thorough training program so as to best serve all of our members. They are not merely someone on the street looking at the same screen as you.
o All staff maintain notes on customer calls and if they attempted to call back, they log that attempt in our system. It does show that there were unanswered calls on your account.
o Your reservation agent did not fail to collect additional payment. As part of the reservation process on that location, there is a step which reminds the person booking that this is based on double occupancy and additional rates may apply at the hotel. You do also mention that you were made aware of this.
o As customer service manager, I have been advised that our lead director personally took many phone calls from you and that this had been resolved months ago but that you are bringing it up again now because you have decided to change your mind on how it was handled even though you did already also physically accept a check reimbursement which our company provided as a show of good faith for wanting to take care of our members during these types of misunderstandings.
o You signed a contract, were perfectly aware of the 3 day recision period during which you could cancel and did not decide to.
o When you accepted the reimbursement check we offered in an effort to assist you, that was considered a resolution and this single matter was settled months ago. You accepted the money therefore accepted the terms of finalization of this matter.
o We do not believe we are due anything from our members further than what was agreed upon in the contract. World Discovered Pacific is an honest and very extensive, legitimate program which we all stand behind. It is unfortunate that your perception has come to such a negative state as far as our company is concerned but we stand behind this product thoroughly.
o We would be happy to provide the statistics from our non-biased third party statistical analysis teams of the real value our members save every year. This is a great program and we are working hard to provide the highest level of customer service to our members at all times.

I am rejecting this response because:

We want a full reimbursement of our monies and out of our contract with this company.

Below are responses to their bullet points to us. (These are not in the order of their response).

*** We NEVER accepted a reimbursement check to resolve our issue with this company. We have NEVER changed our minds "and are bringing this up again." We have worked on our dissatisfaction in one form or another since December of 2016.

The only money we accepted was a gift certificate for $500. We were offered $1000 to help recoup some of our losses, and we refused.

Our goal is to get out of this contract with a full reimbursement. Mr. I consented to letting us out of the contract, but rather than a full refund, he wanted to deduct the amount of money the company says we saved by using them. We again refused. His offer was $1736.75.

We did sign a contract and knew that we had 72 hours to rescind it. Unfortunately, with this type of purchase, you don't know what you're getting until a much later time. Although there were several red flags, we did not know how this company really operated until 7 months later when we were over 3000 miles from home and in another country.

We purchased a "time share" like with examples on "actual " website of discounts for travel. After signing up basically the discounts are non existant and the hotels are overpriced and can get 1/2 the price on any *** or *** or any website.
After contacting them for 2-3 weeks (initialially 2 days after) no way to cancel no way to get 6900 back after was told fee would be waived and would be a trial for 30 days. no response and all verbal promises.

First, we would like to provide a few corrections to this complaint in terms of the description and legitimacy of Worldwide Travel Experts. This is not a "time share". We pitch and sell term memberships to a member-exclusive website from which our customers are able to search and purchase as many flights, cruises, hotels, travel deals etc as they would like as often as they would like. Unlike a timeshare, our members are not restricted to a certain place or set amount of time per year and they do not pay a constantly increasing maintenance fee.

Next, the discounts and deals displayed during the presentation are not non-existent and overpriced. During the initial presentation, our possible customers are being guided through the website by someone who is well-versed on navigating our database and who is constantly keeping an eye on the deals and specials that are always available to every member on the site. Do not think that this is not taken into consideration by our staff for new members though. All members, new and old, have access at all times to schedule personal concierge appointments where they can speak one on one with our senior reservation specialists who will personally guide them through the website and who can either teach them how to best navigate the site themselves or to book something for them.

As far as finding discounts on other websites, though we maintain highly exclusive contracts with vacation providers all over the world, we cannot stop every single company or corporation from offering direct, limited time deals that see them losing profit if only to get their name out there. That being said, we do even have infrastructure in place for those situations. The price guarantee listed very clearly on our site clearly outlines that, should you find a lower price elsewhere, we will refund you (the customer) 110% of the difference.

We truly believe in the legitimacy of the service we provide and hope to change your opinion of Worldwide Travel Experts going forward! We are aware that our customer service manager has personally taken over full responsibility of your case and hope to come to a resolution as soon as possible concerning your frustrations over being unable to see the initial return on your investment. While in Hawaii ; my husband and I sign up for a travel club. Promised for 6000 you discount travel and free renewal for 2 years. After purchasing called in Less than 24 hours to cancel and canceled charges on credit card after going to Lahaina office 3 days in a row. No one available. Called and called and told yep it was cancelled someone would be in contact. Arrive home 4-5 days later. And called several times no return . Than a *** starting calling and saying we are late on payments . Attempted to go on web site to see if was a rip off as we though working 24 hours of booking which is why we canceled. No discount models multiple more complaints of scam. Monterey ended up putting on her credit and we tried to reach world wide travel unable and Monterey said they just collect and to cancel would have to talk to world wide but had to be up to date on payments . Long story story short they stole our money; we are up to date and have nothing for 6900 and if we don’t pay Monterey hits our credit. Multiple stays re rip off in Hawaii of travelers and monthly people are being robbed. Help

Ideally I want my money back or at least cancel debt no ; no product given . In order to use we have to pay more but no deal no discounts just lies. Ask to cancel with in 24 of buying at the very least cancel and stop them from ripping off others

Please see attached 2 e-mails received by member *. ***. They both show denial of even owning a membership, regardless of all previous emails containing quotes for vacations that our customer service manager personally helped them with.

We had scheduled a phone meeting today to discuss and hopefully settle all her issues but after multiple attempts made with both the husband and wife's phone numbers, no contact was made therefore we left a voicemail and sent a follow up email. This is not the first time we have attempted to call and received no answer.

We have attempted multiple times to assist these members in rectifying their issues but there is constant changing of stories, denial of actions, false accusations. Please understand that we would only hope the best for all of our members and will continue to attempt to contact the parties in question. On that note, please also understand that this Revdex.com complaint is unfounded and should be removed from our company's account. Our program is not a scam and we stand behind the product we are marketing.

Yes as I have told World wide travel we canceled Before leaving Hawaii; but due to our exiting the island we could not come in again after office closed twice.

I was told we were within 3 days was told it was canceled so yes when we realized in November they had put negative marks on credit and made no attempt to contact us we Complained and made compat to credit bureau and explained what happen. No attempt or phone was rver return from world wide travell and we were told we had to deal with *** and in turn *** told us we had to deal with world wide travel. As I write this I am waiting for world wide travel to call me as they promised between 3-5 pm today. No call . I made several reviews on Facebook and there site regarding my experience and I have been contacted by 2 people with the same issues of the 3 day and asking my experience.

This is a scam and no hotels they offer are at any discount and they promise things and never deprived.
