please see the attached document. In which the customer service rep, informed me she was charging my card without my knowledge. It took over 72 hours to get my account refunded the first two charges. White pages did not have my permission to have additional money taken from my account. My card was ran three times for over 120.00 for a change that was only suppose to be 19.99.
