with CFO [redacted] who took my name, # and amount of $ again as if they don't ask for it everytime I call and he said he would look into it and get back with me, but still did not receive a call!!!

This has been resolved with [redacted] as we have now made contact with the Insurance Company and they are expediting a re-inspect for her home. I am personally handling this with her and we will be in direct contact with her. Thanks and if any additional information is needed just let us know.

I am rejecting this response because payment has not been received after another week.  Similar to the last message which stated that the check was  mailed on 7 April and then 7 days later still nothing.  This time it was stated that the check was mailed on 14 April it has been 6 days (4 business days) and still nothing.

This is not a warranty issue or a manufacturers warranty issue. There was a bad wind storm with 60 plus MPH winds. We have inspected the roof and told Mr. [redacted] he needs to call his insurance company and file a new claim.

Thank you for engaging with Weather Safe Exteriors.  The people In their company I have been taking to almost every other day (Victor, Kim, Kay, Lorrie,...

Mark, and Mike...) have been saying that for months. I feel like they hide behind words like "issued" or "it should have gone out"  to delay payment because they overreached after the two big hail storms in San Antonio... their single person who does payroll and sends out refund checks only works one day a week (I've learned a lot about their company from all my phone calls).  However, hopefully your inquiry will make them follow through.   As of today I have not received my refund check. [redacted]Regards,

to give money back. Which as of this date a check has not cleared. WS gave me a check with the wrong name.They also offer no explanation as to why they took my money and no one ever ever called me. I had to press the issue. Simply a crooked business.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the local Manager, [redacted] by phone on Sep 15, 2016.  I asked him, “Now...

that our contract has expired, when can I expect to receive my payment for materials refunded?” (No materials were ever purchased, no work was ever started)  His candid response was “Probably never, go ahead and call the police or hire an attorney.”  That was it; he wouldn’t say anything more.  In addition, this business has no physical address in San Antonio –the closed the Broadway location They also claim to be Revdex.com accredited in their literature, brochures, e.t.c. but according to your website, they are not.  I do not understand how this business, with their current complaints, and no physical address, has maintained an A+ rating with your organization.  This may have started as a legitimate business, but clearly has turned into a scam.  Please respond. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The company has completed my roof and fence.  I am just waiting to be put on the schedule for the siding.  They have let go of a few people in their office and that seems to have made a difference.I think we can go ahead and closed this complaint as resolved.  Thank you so much for your help. [redacted]
