To Whom It May Concern, We apologize for any inconvenience the customer experienced while shopping on Wayfair. We have contacted the customer several times offering resolutions. The customer requested a return for a full refund for the nightstands that were delivered incorrectly. The return and the refund were processed on 8/30/2017 and the customer was notified. The customer has forwarded an e-mail letting us know that the pick-up has been scheduled. The refund of $762.74 CAD was processed to the customer's [redacted] card on 8/30. It could take 3-5 business days for the refund to show on the customers card We have reached out to the customer to provide a Quote #[redacted] with a discount for the [redacted] Sofas. I stand by that this was used as a bait and switch tactic. I saw the message on the [redacted] page. The Revdex.com is about doing what is right and treating customers FAIRLY. This was in no way a fair response to this situation. To allow one person to order and cancel another's is discriminatory and is not in good business practice. You had no problem with getting all of our email addresses and sending us spam, but you cancel our orders. This was bait and switch. I stand by that I want my coupon honored.

the sofa on 3/15/17. At that time, we provided him with an estimated ship date of 3/16/17. The customer contacted us on 3/24/17 to request a cancellation for all of the items on the order. We cancelled the two nightstands and the bed on his order, as he requested. Unfortunately, at that time, the customer’s order for the sofa had already been packed on the truck for shipment and once an order is packed to be shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If a customer is no longer interested in the item, they are welcome to return the item and would be responsible for return shipping costs. We reached out to the customer to further apologize for the frustration caused and informed him that we issued a full refund. I understand that maybe this is all they had to do legally, but still feel like not honoring a price is incredibly poor customer service on their part. To Whom It May Concern, Wayfair's solution was not to honor their price, but to offer me the same product at a higher price I can't afford. What they did was unfair and unconscionable. While they did address me, they did not solve my issue. I saw a price online and I called Wayfair to make sure it was the right price. The price was confirmed by a representative of Wayfair. The Wayfair representative also stated if there was an error, Wayfair would honor it. Yet that has been ignored in its entirety. That call was recorded and should be reviewed. I believe what they did was a bait and switch. I'm highly disappointed with Wayfair's code of ethics. Being a Flight Attendant, I'm going to make sure my friends, family and coworkers know exactly how Wayfair treats and values their customers. As of 13 October, I have received another email notifying me of a new delay in the delivery of my order. The new date indicated is now 24 October. This is the 6th delay. I was in touch with Ms [redacted] last week who has been helpful on the phone but unfortunately has not been able to give confirmation on delivery of the order.your response to my Revdex.com complaint states that the order is ready for pick up. As per the email I received today. This is not true. The order is not ready for pick up and delivery to local terminal has been delayed again to 24 October. furthermore, Wayfair website is still advertising this table as ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. This is clearly false information and unacceptably misleading to customers. i am asking, again, that information be accurately advertised on the Wayfair website, and would also like a final confirmation from Wayfair on whether they are able to sell me the table I want to buy as advertised on their website, or whether they simply cannot do so. I do not want to receive more unreliable information about when the table will supposedly ship.

The product listing of “[redacted] 7 Piece Dining Set” is for the dining table and 6 chairs, and customers have the option to add additional chairs or remove chairs in order to best fit their personal needs. For this order, the customer did not add the additional chairs to her shopping cart and therefore the order was priced and processed for the dining table only. We do apologize for the confusion with our listing on the mobile app. We have worked with our site team to prevent similar issues form occurring again.
