Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, My compliant was not about switching out my cart, it was about my trash not being picked up on the day assigned by waste managementAnd that this is and had been an on- going problem with waste managementAnd our waste management trash can was out by the curb for full work days before it was picked upAnd the route supervisor did call me with several excuses as to why waste management was not picking up the trash on time in my neighborhoodThe 1st excuse was that waste management was having a problem with all their trucks breaking down for the past Two yearsThe second excuse was that waste management has endured several leadership changes within the last two yearsFinally they (waste management ) where short on staffWith all of these problems waste management should not have begged me to give them another chance to keep a contractual obligation of picking up my trash And I would like got waste management to refund my money so I can go to another company that will fulfil their obligation of picking up my trash as I fulfil my obligation of paying for the serviceEspecially when they lie about the compliant and the response!
