Then without contacting me first, Wage Works stopped the check and my bank charged me $10. Their instructions were not clear. I would like to be reimbursed, please. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is a standard response from a company with no customer concern They are simply running a government program and hide behind the idea that some customer issues need individual attention for resolution without undue process.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not aware of any next steps the business is taking to resolve my original complaintI only received a call from a Wageworks representative to inform me that it was impossible for them to refund me my money due to IRS regulation and that they would return the money to the employerI was asked why I had not received such a clear message when I called the call center the first time and the Wageworks representative on the phone apologized for any past miscommunicationif you recall, as per my original complaint, I had called WageWorks a number of times and spoken to a number of representative and NONE had told me I could not receive a refund due to IRS regulationIndeed, they advised me to send the uncollected WageWorks check back to Wageworks (which costed me time and money) so that it could be credited back to my account and eventually refunded it to meIf we believe the last representative, then all other representative were either misleading or incompetent or both and they have caused me to waste precious time and moneyUnless I am missing something, I don't see which "concrete" steps WageWorks has taken to either resolve the situation or compensate me for my time and moneyThe last call with a succinct explanation of why I could not have the refund I was asking for is certainly neither satisfactory nor enough in my opinionAlso, the representative was clearly not happy about my complaint and not nice eitherMy request remain for a full refund or at least a symbolic refund of $to acknowledge the failure of WageWorks callcenter to be clear from the start and a change in WageWorks procedures so that other employees in a similar situation in the future are not forced to forfeit their money when they change employer and forget to stop the WageWorks service in timeYou can understand that changing employer or losing a job is already a stressful enough event and people my not immediately think about canceling or the job related services, etc..Sincerely, [redacted]
