I am rejecting this response because: The information provided by Vivint is not correctOn August 31, 2016, I agree for a Technician to come to my residence to make an assessment base on the guidance provide by an associate from Vivint to verify if my Internet was capable of having multiple camerasI spoke first with a MrAlex on August 26, on or about 2:15PM CST whom informed me an installation for each camera will be $for each camera with an additional increase on the monthly bill of $5.00, or $per camera with $increase on the monthly billHe then stated if I agree with the pricing to make an appointment and to make it at the time and which fee will I choseHe stated it had to be "Now" which he then informed me that he will call back with the schedule, (never did). On August 31, 2016, I spoke with MrCory on or about 2:18PM CST. MrCory informed me that the information provide wasn't correctThat the installation for one camera was $with an increase of $a month or $per camera (not $49.00) with an increase of $We then scheduled an appointment for September 28, 2016, between 11;00AM - 2:00PM CSTOn September 2, 2016, we check our invoice and noticed that we had a charge for a service "YET" not provided therefore my wife cancelled the appointment and the addition of equipmentMain reason, because; how can we be charged for a service and or equipment not providedOn September 11, we were charged a $more on our monthly billI contacted Vivint via chat to clarify the situation, at which MsHannah was very kind and helpfulShe informed me the it will be accredited to my bank account (and it has been, September 16, 2016)One of my reasons is:if the situation was resolved on September 2, 2016, why was I charge for the "Not Provided" service on September 11, I strongly believe that this organization takes advantage of their customerThank you for assistance and support on this matter

I am rejecting this response because:The account transfer was completed and the paper contract was signed between *** *** and VivintPlease see attchchments for proof. Vivint illegally charging me many months after the transfer even after I called to inform them. I need them to stop charging my bank account and refund the month charges ($461.04) after the transfer.Attachment shows the paper contract signed between *** and a Vivint on 08/30/2016.Attachment shows that *** is the admin on the Vivint control panel at the service location.Attachment shows that *** has the online account access at the service location.Attachment shows that *** was notified as the account holder for an alarm on 12/14/2016.As mentioned/attached in my last claim, *** also received an email confirmation for account cancellation.

I am rejecting this response because:My home was broken into, both alarm panels were torn off the wall and Vivint Monitoring system did not let me know that the alarm had gone off while I was away. It is very simple; Vivint Monitoring system FAILED I want to be reimbursed for my losses and the repair cost to put my home back together in order for me to feel safe in my home when I am alone and to protect my home when I am away Vivint Monitoring system FAILED!

I am rejecting this response because:They said they would reach out to me and that hasn't happenedI have not been called, texted or e-mailed in regards to my issue with their serviceAgain, Viviant portrays to be a great company however they shadow their practices by lies and deceit at the consumers expenseTheir response to the Revdex.com sounded genuine as if they really wanted to resolve my problem however at the end of the day; no one has contacted me

I am rejecting this response because: The business is offering to downgrade my serviceI signed up for service with camerasBecause they are unable to provide the service I signed up for, I will be forced to find another providerI will not downgrade because they cannot fulfill THEIR END of the contractIf my contract is not terminated and account closed WITHOUT PENALTY I will be forced to seek legal action and will then pursue attorneys fees along with account cancellationSeems like a pretty big loss because you cannot simply close my account without penalty because you were unable to honor your end of the contract

I am rejecting this response because: Additional information is relevant to the case: * pushy "will not accept "no" for an answer salesman. * salesman uses the ploy that customer was selected for special reasons not stated. * cost of service was never mentioned during the time of the presentation (three times higher than the competition)

A credit to my checking account was just made todayFor the record and to be added to my complaint, in response to Vivint, I did not allege that I had complication with my mother's medical alertVivint has it on record that they got the call as many times as my mother pushed the buttons, but the medical alert was not set up by Vivint to go any furtherAlso, the alarm panel was never updated by Vivint...no fault of mine, since I was never contacted by Vivint to have it updated

information provided by MrR*** and appreciate the opportunity to respond. In his complaint, MrR*** alleges that he has had alarm events that were not responded to in a timely manner MrR*** further alleges that Vivint has not fulfilled his request to transfer the account into his name, after a lengthy phone call to VivintMrR*** desires cancellation of his agreement without penalty and a refund of all payments made to Vivint Vivint’s Monitoring department has investigated the alarm event in question, and determined that Vivint followed proper monitoring procedures in this case The police department notified Vivint that they were sending an officer to the premise, and then later notified Vivint that their officer had cleared the site A representative from Vivint has recently contacted MrR*** in an effort to resolve these concerns Recordings of the calls from Vivint’s Monitoring department to MrR***’s police department have been provided to MrR*** via email Vivint has also provided MrR*** with the required documents for transfer of the account into his name, and Vivint’s representative will be available to facilitate this process at MrR***’s convenience In an effort to further assist MrR***, a credit has been applied to his billing account to cover two (2) months of service.MsElizabeth R*** signed a Purchase and Services Agreement and also participated in a telephonic Pre-Installation Survey upon installation of her Vivint system, in which she represented that she understood and agreed to the initial term of forty-two (42) months She also represented that she would pay a monthly monitoring fee of $each month, plus applicable taxes, during that term Cancellation of the Agreement without penalty is not warranted at this time If you have further questions or concerns regarding this response, please respond to either our mailing address: North West, Provo, Utah 84604, or fax number: *** *** attention Department - LegalSincerely, Nathan *W***

I am rejecting this response because: I FEEL THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE CAMERAS SINCE I WAS LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY THEY DIDNT EVEN WAIT TO SEE IF ALL THE EQUIPMENT WAS WORKING BEFORE THEY LEFT AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH EVERYTHING SINCE THE DAY THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO INSTALL THIER SYSTEM!!.SOMETIMES YOUR SPACE MONKEY DOES NOT WORK AND WE RECIEVE EMAILS FROM YOU SAYING THAT I HAVE TO KEEP UNPLUGGING AND PLUGGING IT BACK IN I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS IT SHOULD WORK JUST FINE BY ITSELF WITHOUT ME HAVING TO CONSTANTLY MONITOR IT I GO OUT OF TOWN ON THE WEEKENDS SOMETIMES AND SO I NEED THIS WHOLE SYSTEM TO WORK PROPERLY WHILE I AM GONE!! SO EITHER COME AND FIX THIS PROBLEM OR COME AND GET YOUR EQUIPMENT OUT OF MY HOME AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND RETURN ALL OF MY MONEY AND I WILL BE PUTTING A STOP PAYMENT AT MY BANK!!.
