Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told by Cindy she had setup a tech to come address the door lock (see attachment and copied version below) This is a prime example of the level of support and customer service I am paying thousands of dollars for!!!! I do NOT want to do business with them PERIOD!!! If I have a year contract and I am only to months in with this many issues a month credit is not worth the hassle I am dealing with Vivint is not paying attention to my messages! I never said the day after service was installed I had issuesI said days after the most recent tech visit I had issues I am including the email where I told them about the day after service I was having issues I was also not give a month free option I was only told months Vivint lies, has very poor customer service, and poor follow up skills Below is also the included email:That's not good! I've set up a work order for a technician to come address that door lock issueTo schedule an appointment in real time, please chat in at www.vivint.com or call our 24/Customer Care department at ###-###-####, and reference case # [redacted] Thanks again for choosing Vivint! Regards,Cindy -------------- Original Message ---------------From: [redacted] [ [redacted] @microsoft.com] Sent: 1/12/9:AM To: [redacted] @vivint.com Cc: [redacted] @microsoft.com Subject: RE: Customer Complaint [ ] I understand Also FYI I had a tech out Jan 9th and my front door no longer locks using the keypad and I was never given a key for the door So if I want to leave my house I have to either use the phone app to lock the door (which my kids don't have and they have to call me to lock the door), lock the door and go thru the garage, or go thru the back and around my house This is a very good example of my frustration days after a tech was here my security system doesn't work right :( Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: again some one has a hard time readingI acknowledged that's my signatureWhat I showed proof is that signature on that document isn't ***'s I went further than a digital signature from a Missouri ID I provided our Mortgage documents with a live wet signature showing ***'s signature differs from that agreementAlso I requested phone records from AT&T that will coordinate the dates and times of my calls since its becoming painfully obvious that someone is lying I'm also in the process of getting Kwikset call history which would further back my point that you all didn't offer assistance that worked to restore the locks functionsI'm moving forward also with filing a complaint with the state attorney general because I also stated I just I agreed I know I signed that agreement which is also two wayThe smaller print that's blurred agrees on that contract that Vivint will maintain the equipment you failed the moment I had to get outside support because you wouldn't send anyone to resolve it not only that I'm curious to call recording and account management practices where a bill and withdrawal is done in one persons name but a collection account sent in another persons name Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We received a document from Vivint over months ago in which we accepted their response to contact a local contractor to repair the damage and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONEThis has not been in any way resolved to my satisfactionIt should not be that big of a problem for them to get someone to replace/repair our damaged doorbellit shouldn't take this longThey've been a nightmare to do business with and I am telling friends and family not to do any business with them Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Vivint has offered me conflicting information with regards to this matterCalls to Vivint have verified by both phone and in mailed pieces that we owe Vivint nothingThe received response indicates that we have not received any further notice about any debts being sent into collections and that furthermore any alleged debt was processed through an outside collections agency without sufficient warning to our familyLastly, the agency claiming to hold our debt is also making threatening remarks with regards to pursuing both I and my mother in our workplaces and their agents continually use threatening language to receive our credit card information.I will comply with any attempts to collect a debt if I receive a formal written notice from Vivint stating the amount owed ands or what rendered servicesAs of now we have received nothing Sincerely, [redacted]
