Although the process is a long one and in depth, it is really helpful to have a friendly voice with assistance assigned to you As a non US company, some of the terminology was not familiar, but again the case worker was a real help

I needed assistance with the new form under a re-registration, the form itself was not clear so I called and received an immediate response back from Alicia who followed up with the form to make sure it was complete and sent me a completed copy she did a great job!

I went online to research FEMA diseaster relief site to sign my truck up to help incase a storm hit my area.clicked on a link to register my vehicle and proceeded to fill out form.thought kinda strange they asked for routing number and bank acct number early in process but I entered( thought that was for reimbursement of services if I worked for FEMAcontinued a bit than stopped registration process and clicked off sitefew days later I got emails saying I had not completed registration process.got more emails and I thought would stop.then I got call asking why I hadnt finished and told them I would look at it further when I had time.got one more call days later and I said I was busy.I would look at it when I had a chance.next day I was charged $took me a while to call my bank,then bank in omaha to a processing agent and then to US FEDERAL CONTRACTORS REGISTRATIONi called them and was immediately stone walled by a very rude man who basically told me I signed up and he took my moneyi asked how could I sign up if I never completed your registration..on their cancel policy it says you have hrs from the time you SIGN the agreement? if I never finished how did you sign? finally kristen called and she too got nasty and basically I told her shes a scam artisther words were you too stupid to do online for FREE AT FEMA site? I told her I thought I was on the FEMA site.? then she said she wasnt returning my money and to go home and run to MOMMY!! VERY PROFESSIONAL company..when I told her id file a complaint she told me THEY WOULD GO AFTER ME?? company is abunch of lowlifes.I believe anyone using their services thinks thier on A government site.most their services anyone can do for free

Christine Jhas gone above and beyond by offering to add NAIC code when we needed it immediately She is quick to respond to emails and is extremely helpful and friendly Love to work with her..........great customer service!!!! {:-)
