I am a new small woman owned business and had been working with US Contractor Registry for a month and was dissatisfied with the service for many reasons I called the and spoke with Robert Rto voice my concerns and cancel my contract Not only did he apologize for my dissatisfaction he asked to earn my trust back as he believes that what he does for businesses like mine does work I put my trust in him and I am glad I did Rob is always so eager to help with any questions I may have Since I am new to all of this he has taken the time to explain things slowly and guide me step by step He is available to help 90% of the time when I reach out to him whether it be by phone or email and if he isn't he gets back with me at his first available minute I would definitely recommend to request Robert Rto folks who are interested in working with USCR
