Helis extremely unfortunate that this issue is being resolved through a third party company that has nothing to do with UFC GYMIt could have easily been handled with me, the ownerI have print screens that show that payments were refunded and that there was a returned item fee attached to her accountI have to pay this fee because it is with the collecting companyTypically this is a fee that is charged to my company and we recoup the fee from the memberObviously, this will not occur as she has cancelled I have also supplied a print screen that show that [redacted] had opted out of emails from us, thus limiting communicationThe final print screen shows that [redacted] was also refunded the original payment through her American ExpressI do have the documents that American Express needs to reverse the refund, which include a signed membership agreement, but rather than prolong this issue, I have allowed the refund from American ExpressWhen this is all said and done, I have lost $(returned item fee) to have [redacted] as a member for three weeksBuyers remorse is not a reason to involve the Revdex.com and again, this could have been handled faster and easier if she had contacted me.Thank you,Noelle K [redacted]

Just looked back on my records, it was Cory, not Alex, my apologiesHe texted me on November 25th (I still have all of the texts), a day after I first went in with a Groupon for drfitness classes that I never had the opportunity to useI signed up for a month contract the day after Thanksgiving as part of a Black Friday dealI even spoke with former trainer Jeffery W [redacted] recently, who recalled that my contract was for months, and months onlySomeone named Kevin responded to me on Yelp, stating that no employees contact clients through text but that is false, as both Cory and the manager Raul used text as the only form of contact I ever received from the gym

On June*, I joined UFC New City with a credit card payment of $ It is now October [redacted] and the gym has still not opened I tried to call the gym to see if I could get my money back and cannot connect to the phone number listed I tried calling the corporate offices but they only allow you to select between two choices - owning your own franchise or connecting to a gym near you I want my $refunded immediately

I enrolled at UFC Gym in New City, NY on March [redacted] of I paid for the first and last month as part of a year long contractI paid them a total of 138.00, which was withdrawn from my bank accountI have a statement that shows the payment They were supposed to open in June of On June [redacted] - I received and e-mail that said they were still working on parking variances and would keep us updated On July ***, I received an e-mail that the variance was approved, but they had a day waiting period for appeal That was the last update I received I stopped by the site repeatedly after work, there was never anyone there, no construction, the space inside remained empty I tried contacting the main UFC Gym website, but three attempts were ignored I called the number on the card that was given to me by the guy who signed me up - Anthony D [redacted] - no answer, no response I finally found and contacted the same guy on Facebook, and after several attempts he responded H

I engaged in a presale of a membership to this gym on for $ This gym was supposed to open around the June timeframe and has not opened as of this complaint I have tried several times to recoup the dues paid, but there is zero communication from my correspondences (more than 3) There has been no communication from said business despite several attempts

This gym has been the worst experience with a membership anywhereAfter only a few months into my month contract I was ready to get out! My monthly rate was supposed to cut in half after the contract was fulfilled but to my surprise I was charged the full amount of $When I tried to get my refund and cancel I was told after multiple attempts to even get a hold of someone that I could not get a refundThey would just give my next month free (their scam of a way to get you to stay)At this time I was hoping that management would change but I did go in to meet with the manager to cancelHe talked me out of cancelling promising a changeHe said that if I still decided that I wanted to cancel just get my form in before the 1st to avoid billing chargesWell, I got my free month and came in to cancelTo my surprise I was then told I would have to fulfill a 30-day notice AND pay months! First of all, I was upset with the day notice because the manager (***) told me just to get it in before the 1st, which I didBut, ALSO a second payment? Why would I need to pay months for days? I was so angry that I contacted the regional manager ( [redacted] ) to let him know the situationI am an honest person and would pay the month if I knew but I was told what to do and I followed those exact directionsThey told me that they were aware of the issues with the manager that is no longer employed but they would not help me in any waySo, I changed my credit card number so that they could not charge me any furtherAbout months later they somehow got a hold of my new card number (illegal) and charged me times! I went in the gym to explain my situation and they saw that my cancellation form was not even processed and they were relentless to refunding me the months plus a late feeI am so disappointed with the management and corporate staff of this gymWORST GYM! I now drive miles out of the way to go to [redacted] The staff is friendly, I feel valued, the gym is clean and the instructors are treated well which creates a pleasant environmentI will continue to warn all friends and family NOT to attend UFC Gym AhwatukeeYou will be scammed and stolen from

Someone from the gym sent me an email on August *** asking to confirm my mailing address in order to send out the refund checkI responded Aug *** with my correct address however I have still yet to receive the checkI just sent a response back to the gym and am awaiting a response however the email was not delivered as apparently it is no longer valid

Hello -- We followed our guidelines regarding freezing and cancelling her membership; the text messages she saved show that After that point she refused to follow our policies and that lead to her membership not being cancelled in a timely enough manner for her I do apologize that my
staff did not communicate with her quickly enough AFTER our guidelines were already explained to her Despite her claims there is no way she can drive business away from us; we have over 600+ happy members and unfortunately her experience was amazing but we do try to help everyone when we can We think that refunding her three months membership dues was more than fair and honestly feel slighted that after we did that she continues to review us so poorly on public forums
