I absolutely love these lashes and this company. I've tried other magnetic lashes before but nothing is like these. The magnetic eyeliner is really what makes the difference. I don't know of any other company that carries it and it is so helpful to keep the lashes on my eyes. Other magnetic lashes would always come off.
Not only that but I've had a great experience with customer service!

I’ve been using the lashes and other products since Sept 2019 and I absolutely love them. I get compliments all the time on my lashes. They’re so easy to apply and much better than the glue on type.

Hi. I purchased my first set in January 9 to 5 lash bundle. I loves them. They improved my look and made me feel beautiful. I did have to contact support with my second pair. Customer service chat sent me out a new pair right away. I would highly recommend these lashes.

Love the product! So innovative and this is the real deal, the original inventor of magnetic liner is the CEO. They run this business with the people in mind - customers and affiliates. Poor quality product ( started raveling after 2nd use despite following care instructions). I contacted customer service requesting a replacement but was told the return policy was 3 days! Do not waste your money on this . 3 days?...seriously?
After researching this customer. Her lashes were order on Feb 16th. She received them on Feb 26th. She did not contact us till March 28. We actually do a 30 defective policy but her initial contact was past 30 day. We would have gladly sent her a new set of lashes had she contacted us within that timeline. I am sorry *** had a bad experience with this.
I have never dealt with such a horrible company. Their customer service department is incompetent. They do not try to help the customer. My package was NEVER received despite what the poet office documented. Called to have replaced or refunded. I received NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION! I am still out product and $205.
As a start up company this is not how to treat customers. Everyone needs to know the truth. Social media does not support their products.
All they keep telling me is contact the post office. I did try to file with the post office however the post office will not take a claim since TorriBelle did NOT insure the package. I informed them of this but they told me to file a claim. No one listens.
I absolutely understand the frustration when a package is lost or stolen. However, we cannot replace orders lost or stolen after deliverly conformation from USPS. We do send our packages with Tracking so our customers are alerted when a package is delivered so they can get it immediately. Our policy is on our website and has been there always. Please see the Missing Items on second page.

This “policy” of lost or not delivered packages is NOT clearly stated on their website. If this is their policy, it should be black boxed as a warning for all orders placed on the first page of their website AND again as a notification to the customer before hitting the submit order button. This “policy” is only brought up when the package is not received.
ALSO, when trying to submit a claim with USPS, it is impossible since the company did NOT insure the package.
The customer is left without product or refunded. Why should the customer suffer because the the company does NOT make this “policy” clear upon purchase AND does not mail package is such a way to make a claim since the company does NOT insure package or mail

I am extremely disappointed also I ordered these on February 29 for some reason the website kept Kicking back my credit card as declined and I had over $500 in there, I tried again and it went through finally a day later, I got a confirmation email but now two weeks later have not got a shipment email or anything else, the rep that is handling this has not given me any information and just keeps saying that they’re coming. I’m not happy and The website clearly states that they will ship within 24 hours of confirming order. Where are my lashes ????
This customer is correct her order did take time as we were out of liner for a few weeks due to Covid 19. Her lashes were delivered. It is unreasonable to expect our normal shipping time. The USPS is not delivering on a normal schedule. Had she actually contacted us she would have been told of the delay. She never contacted us. There are 0 contact messages from ***. We are back on schedule and working had to keep our customers happy. We greatly appreciate our customer that reach out to us. We now have live chat to assist them.
I contacted customer service and sent back my product up opened for a refund over a month ago and no rep once and no refund has been issued to my credit card. No phone number with this shady company. Terrible customer service when it comes to refunds.
This customer was refunded on March 10. It does take time to received the return and get it processed. This customer is a bit impatient. I do understand the frustration, but we have already handled this.
I purchased the eyelashes I the eyeliner irritating my eyes and the lashes aren’t secure and I’ve tried contacting Tori bell because I don’t have my original paperwork that came with the lashes I’m nearing the time where I have to return them I keep getting email responses back from my email saying we will contact you tomorrow I’ve seen about five emails and I have not yet gotten one response and they’re very specific if you don’t do certain things they will not refund your money and they will not return the merchandise I want to return the merchandise and they are not contacting me back there’s no telephone number available horrible customer service
