super easy and they stick, the eyebrow liner is also amazing and water proof

I purchased 3 sets of lashes and 2 tubes of magnetic liner from this company. I received on April 28, 2020. I had no reason to think I needed to check if a lash liner was defective. Who would think one would have to do that? Upon opening a $40 tube of liner I see there is no applicator at the end of the wand. Just a stick. It’s a defective tube of liner. With the Covid situation I have been quarantined at home and magnetic lashes haven’t been high on my list of items to wear at home, hence not realizing I was sent a defective tube of liner.
I reached out to this company to explain the situation. I was given a generic response stating that I was not eligible for a refund or replacement and orders should be inspected upon receipt. I again emailed them thinking surely they aren’t going to expect me to sit on their defective item. Yes, again I was told basically that I am out of luck. This company has horrible customer reviews and unhappy customers. Their business practices and customer service need to be looked into to have a 1.5 star rating out of 36 reviews.

This customer received her order on April 28th and did not contact us till June 8th. We actually give a longer amount of time (30 days) for defective items. This customer did not contact us till June 9th Almost 6 weeks after delivery. Unfortunately we cannot help her as it has been too long.

If I could leave NO STARS I would! First of all, I won a pair of lashes from an "affiliate" with purchase. My purchased lashes came in, damaged! So I requested a refund or exchange..at this point the affiliate said they would re-send them, the ones I paid for. It's been 46 days and 3x the company SENT ME LASHES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS...AND STATE! Now they will not refund me...ugh! The prize I won also has YET to be seen. I get packages ALL THE TIME and nothing like this has happened before. It's very annoying & shows a lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE when the customer, me, has to do all the digging to "find or locate" my package. I've reached out to Tori Belle via ***, ***, by email and phone and even leaving MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO THE AFFILIATE AS WELL...and NOTHING! I would NOT recommend ordering from their website or ANY of its "affiliates". This just is upsetting & they're NOT CHEAP! I spent and am out close to $70!...seriously?!

I bought these from Heather N. She used to do my nails and is now really soliciting business in your multi level marketing cosmetics scheme. I paid also almost $60 with tax, and they cause great irritation to my eye the first time I tried to use them. There is obviously something wrong with the liner. I never tried the other eye as this one was burning like crazy. These are still in my drawer. I told heather I wanted my money back and she refused. I am going to the company to one report her for no customer service, and two for a full refund.

This order is from April 25th. Shipped on May 4. She did not contact us till June 5th. At that time she was insulting about her sales person Heather. Heather was nothing but professional and kind. According to the return policy there is only 3 days to contact Tori Belle in order to get return authorization. This was well past 2 weeks. This customer has mad disparaging comments about the company the products and Customer Service. She is not eligible for a return but because our CS associate was extra kind she was given approval provided that the package is shipped within 3 days of approval.

Refund was finally issued by the associate with the company. The people were not customer friendly and I would not recommend them.

These lashes are the best!!! So easy and so beautiful!

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a lash and liner kit (cause what good are the lashes without the magnetic liner) a month and a half ago. My lashes arrived in about a week, but no liner. No information on the liner, just wasn’t there but did show up on the invoice. I reached out to the rep which said she contacted the company and the liner was on backorder but should arrive within the next week, weeks & weeks went by without the liner so I reached out again, no tracking info on this new liner but she apologized and said hang tight. It’s now been a month and a half, I put in a refund request last week and haven’t heard ANYTHING back. $60 and I’ve got nothing. Don’t waste your money, use another company!

This company should be investigated. They have continuously ripped people off by not standing behind their product by offering a fair and reasonable return policy. There have been thousands of complaints for both Tori Belle as well as their sister company in which they will purposely ignore and/or fail to respond to refund inquiries in a timely manner which pushes customers past the time frame to receive a refund. When they finally respond they refuse to provide customers a refund stating they had passed the 3 day window of time to receive a refund. This is NEGLIGENCE and completely unprofessional. Many customers who have shared issues with their products whether big or small on ANY of their social media sites are immediately blocked from their page and their honest comments are removed. They delete ANY and ALL negative reviews and/or comments and only allow their website as well as social media sites to display 5 star raving reviews. Apparently they recently learned of all of the negative reviews on this Revdex.com site because conveniently on some of the same dates as well as consecutive days they all of a sudden have some raving 5 star reviews which proves that they are shady and untrustworthy. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I know first hand how terribly they treat customers and lie and post fake reviews.....I actually sold their products until I learned the "truth" and I could no longer support a company that is deceiving, unprofessional and truly only cares about one thing and one thing ONLY...$$$$$$

Order from them beginning of May was given an incorrect tracking number and my package was never delivered I emailed texted and messaged on IG that since as of today I still don’t have my order that I would like a refund. The only actual email response was from someone who completely disregarded my refund request and stated they will contact the shipping warehouse to resend the package. I clearly stated I did not want the product and wanted a full refund. There is no customer service number and they take weeks to respond to emails but have no problem taking your money. I had high hopes and now just disappoint and frustration!!

So not happy.
Placed my order on 24 April.
Got the confirmation that it was received.
Emailed them on 9 May asking for an update.
Got a reply the same day. And was Given a pretty generic answer about how if an order was placed between 26 April and 4 May, they were on back order (basically), and would be shipped out soon. And promised a 30.00 coupon to use on a future order that would in an email when they were shipped. Note here, my order was placed 2 days before that, and I said that in my reply. Heard nothing back.
Another email to them went unanswered on the 14th.
Now, I have a tracking number on their website. And when I went to track it, it was already delivered. On the 17th of April!

Another email sent on the 17. And again, no answer.
And an email reply was sent to the original email I sent. Again, no answer.
No product. Incorrect tracking number, that’s shows delivered 7 days before I even ordered. To a different state.

Nothing from my consultant. She was waiting to hear back from them.
At this point, I just want my money back.
Especially after seeing these reviews.

But no email for it.

Then replied, and heard nothing.

I ordered one bundle and an additional set of lashes on april 27th. This came out to about $95. After two weeks I emailed costumer care email and got a response should be shipped in 7-10 days. That didnt happen and I received no tracking email. I emailed company again. No response. I looked on website and a tracking order appears. It was a fake tracking number not linked to any carriers or said was delivered to another state weeks before I even placed my order. I emailed again. No response. Contacted my affiliate and all she could do is the same thing send an email. Im losing hope that I will ever get my lashes! Its been a month with no tracking available.

's prder appears to have been lost and we are unable to track due to recycled tracking numbers. The tracking numbers have been fixed by Stamps.com. I have sent a new order to replace ***'s missing package. I have included a free gift. This is definately a misunderstanding and we hope that *** will love her lashes.

I ordered one set of lashes in Feb 2020. I couldn't get lashes to stick. I contacted the woman I bought them from and we began troubleshooting. After numerous videos and "tips and tricks" we determined the liner was defective. She reached out to TB cosmetics and I was told that my new liner was on the way in March 2020. In April 2020, I still hadn't received my replacement liner and contacted the rep again. She said she reached back out to TB and would get back to me. It is now May 2020 and no resolution. The lashes are useless without the liner. I requested a refund and was told no refunds after 3 days which is insane. This is a scam company and I want everyone to know. I want my money back. I bought these for an occasion which has come and gone. I have conversations with my rep confirming I never got them on.

Our return policy is on our Tori Belle Website. However, after looking up this account I do not see that an order for the replacement liner was ever made because the customer did not contact us till 30+ days after receipt of the order, saying the liner would not dry. We have a 30 day damaged/defective policy and this did not fall within that time limit as well. First contact was made on March 16th We had no defective liner compaints. We will not be able to provide a refund on this order.

I placed an order with this company 19 days ago. I’ve yet to receive any kind of shipping confirmation. I’ve emailed them several times only to be told shipping could take 7-10 days due to Covid. It’s now been 19 and still nothing. They are completely unwilling to refund or send me the product I’ve already paid for.

I can understand ***'s dismay. I checked into her order and it appears to be a lost shipment. I am not sure who would not give her a refund as there is not messages in her file showing she ever spoke with anyone. I have refunded her in full and would like to extend a sincere apology. This is not normal and we do not want customers to think this is how we do business.

I paid to sell for this company. Upon asking a question and stating I was displeased and thinking about quitting, they revoked my rights to the website (I paid for 90 days of access), will not update me nor refund me for pending orders (I have asked three times and they have ignored every request) will not explain to me how to return the order once I receive it or provide me with a tracking number for any of the orders I myself or my customers had placed.

She did not prepay for access it is free for the first 3 months as it has always been. This affiliate specifically stated she did not want to sell this product anymore and was immediately cancelled. The affiliate kit upon sign up comes with 3 months website fee, after 3 months we begin charging 9.00 per month We simply followed her instructions. She was also instructed on how to return any left over products, we have done all that we were required to do. We are sad to see anyone leave without giving it a chance but can not be liable for their decisions.

the only reason I gave this product 1 star was to be Ble to leave a comment and because they look great if they work.
First of all they irritated my eyes, the anchors did at least and I couldnt wear them without the anchors, secondly magnets were off the actual lash and they refuse to replace it although it came to me damaged, thirdly one I got them to work decently within a few hours the lash was lifting off my eyelid and pulling the liner off with it. They refuse to refund me or replace the damaged lashes. *** customer service and I will be advising anyone who thought to get these lashes to think twice.

I ordered two sets of their Wonderlashes. One week and half of using them the lashes fell apart from the right lash strip. I’m not stupid, I’ve bought from this company before and this is not normal. I also verified my problem to the seller who acknowledged that this was not normal and to contact their customer support. I also provided a picture to the customer support ticket I created for proof.
Today I got emailed back that the lashes could not be replaced because I had three days to make the return. Three days from the time I received them in the mail. The lashes were not made correctly because the other lashes have never done this. I’m beyond angry because I wasted my money and the company needs to update their return policy and take ownership of the bad product they sent me. I sell Plexus and even they allow better return policies than this stupid company. It looks deceitful giving only three days to make a return and it makes them appear that even they don’t have faith in their own products.

Ms *** was emailed as this was brought to my attention. Our CS Team member was mistaken, and should have replaced the defective lashes. Our 3 day policy is for returns and refunds. Normally we give 30 day replacements on defective merchandise. Our CS team member will be trained better. I have sent Ms *** a replacement. I have also refunded her affiliate sign up fee, and canceled her account, This is because of this but she is extremely rude to our Customer Service and her Disparaging comments are in violation of our policy. I wish her the best. We do not intend to change our policy on returns/refunds. Thank

I recently discovered this company and love their products! As a former pageant competitor with a mixed race background, I am picky about the type of product I use. I was blown away by the quality of lashes they have. I also love their brow kit and palettes. Definitely would recommend women to buy their products!

Tori belle is a company that has absolutely no customer support at all. I purchased a kit for $70. NO WHERE on the site did it say that it was USD, and was told by the rep that it was CAD and the only charge that would be on my card was $70. When I checked my credit card, Tori Belle took $102.60 off my credit card. I checked the conversion rate from CAD to USD for the day that I ordered and it was NOWHERE near what was charged to my credit card. I had my rep contact their customer support and they were not willing to fix this mistake, even after I showed them my order showing the kit for $70 AND my credit card statement showing the amount off my card. I do not have any fees attached when I order international with my card as I do often and it's never happened. They said they will ONLY reimburse me $70 IF I returned the product to them AT MY OWN COST and I'd still be out the other $32.06 regardless. I definitely DO NOT recommend ordering from this company as they have no morals and no customer service backing them at all.

I ordered some lashes, magnetic eyeliner and makeup remover from this company. The products give me a bad headache and irritate my eyes. Their return policy states that these items cannot be returned unless within three days of delivery. Due to COVID19, I only just opened these items more than a week after delivery out of an abundance of caution to protect myself against a contagious virus. I want a refund for these products. They cause me to have migraine headaches and they irritate my eyes. The magnetic liner comes off in small pieces that get inside of my eyes. The lashes rip out my natural lashes when I take them off and cause me to experience pain and discomfort. I believe the return policy to be intentionally limiting.

was extremely hostile to our Customer Service team. She has made threats to contact the Govenor, the Health Dept and Revdex.com of course. She states that she will make sure every one hears her rude comments till the end of time. Our customer service agent Christopher advised her of the return policy. She received her order on April 13th She did not contact us till April 25th. Our return policy is 3 days after delivery date to contact us for lashes and 14 days after deliver for Liner and other makeup. She was advised of the policy and immediately began being rude. We stand by our policy. We must stick to our policy for everyone. Making an exception for customers who threaten every thing they possibly can, goes against that policy. She was advised that she could return products except for lashes. We will accept only those products for a partial refund. As you can see from the attachments she was difficult prior to receiving her products. Her first request for return was not till the 25th and the date her products were delivered was the 13th.

I ordered from this company because a friend did and was hyped about it. My mistake for not checking reviews before hand. I'm not on a chat with them writing this. I have been for an hour and a half now. After the initial email I got from them about my order I received NOTHING! After hunting throughout their website and not finding anywhere to enter my order number or even find my order, I found a chat. And that's where I have been for an hour and a half now. They finally gave me tracking. The tracking shows a delivered package that was never delivered. I live in a small town and know my carrier. For the past 4 days he's hand delivered packages to my door and nothing from this company was delivered. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Fraudulent charges have been filed.
