the business is in the process of doing the work although it is not finished I hear the parts and equipment has been ordered but it has not arrived yet I will keep Revdex.com ADVISED TO whether the process was completed or not

I am rejecting this response because: Things are getting fixed yes, but apparently they did not bring all the parts to fixThere was an incident last night while I had friends over and some material that was left on the floor got messed upYes I will take blame for thatWhat I am not going to do is have *** calling my mother instead of me telling her everythingI don't understand why I, the buyer of this house is not being contactedI just happen to be on the room when *** called my mom, so I spoke to herShe was rude, so there was an incident, there is no need to be unprofessional and tell me since a small mistake happened they refuse to do anything else as far as fixing things goThey said they would send parts of they were needed, that's fineI'm a pretty civil person, but if she is rude to me again, and if things are not done, it seems like it's time to get a lawyer because I've about had itWe will see just how much they fixI'll be so happy when I'm done dealing with these rude unprofessional people. She felt the need to say that they will not pay anyone to go back and fix anything, well of they wouldn't have done such a poor job the first time, you wouldn't of had to do it at all.

Bought a home from Titan in Midland Texas after our house burned. Let me say they promised the moon and delivered a thick fog. The doors weren't finished. There were two cracked windows which took nine months to replace. The wood work was shoddy and unfinished. We paid extra for insulation. We had bugs and cats actually climb in our house where the tub was and when we looked there, there was no insulation. The shower floor gives and is about to break The Midland office changed employees and in less than a year we have dealt with three different managers. None of them know what the other promised and each said same thing. "forget that. We start from now". Only things don't get done. The drawer facings were broke. No one has fixed them. Cupboard doors hang crooked. They left them. We've had the air conditioner fixed three times. There are cracks in door facings where one can see light They would send people out as contractors and then not know who was sent We had to hire someone to do finish work. I highly recommend people be warned because this is a scam

control over each factory and their building warranty procedures. We can assist
in trying to help let the factories know of the issues that arise but can’t
