I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I was told the ETA of the door would be BY 2/24/18. As of today, 2/26, I haven't heard from the business to let me know of a new ETA or when they would be making the repairs

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Titan Factory Direct, during the purchasing process of buying our new home We could not have been more pleased from the time we drove into the lot, till the time we brought our brand new doulbe wide home The staff, especially ***, ***, and ***, were very informative, thorough, helpful, and kind They knew that buying a home was a huge decision in our lives and did everything possible to make the purchase a joyful and smooth experience As a new home buyer, I would highly recommend Titan Factory Direct, with your home buying needs! Thank you, Titan! We love our new home!! Wishing you many, many happy future customers!!

sans-serif;">We have been in contact with *** on his refundTitan has very strict policy procedures on customer deposits and we do require that the consumer that left the deposit sign for their refundI have attached a receipt to show we refunded the customers money on 7/25/This transaction was done by a credit card, so once Titan refunds the deposit the customer’s bank can hold the money up to daysSince this complaint MrVillalba has received his refund backThank you

After reviewing this response Titan can not respond to the issue where the material was damaged due to many variables in conversationWe have taken action and repaired all of the items that were on the original complaint and even some additional itemsThese have been signed off on by Ms***There are no out standing items needed to be completed from Titan Factory Direct at this timeThank you

I am rejecting this response because: at the time of set up the manager at Titan said she would be sending roofers out to complete our roofshe told me it had been done, in which I have proof that they did notI have screen shots from text messages informing them that the mobile home is missing shinglesI understand the warranty, this is not a warranty issue this is an issue of Titan not completing the job they were suppose to originally complete at the time of set upmy contract states that the home is suppose to with stand certain wind zones and it wasn't even year that we started getting mold, and we have multiple leaks, again due to Titan not adding the appropriate shingleseverything could have been avoided had Titan sent roofers to finish adding shingles, which they did not doshe was made aware of the situation and yet did nothing, but yet told me everything was completedI have sent in my contract where it states that the mobile home is suppose to with stand wind zones.

I purchased a Titan home about months agoThey told me I had a ten year warrantyI have called to report problems and am now told it is only for water and electricity This is not what they told me on purchasing their product I now have a cabinet falling off the wall, along with several other problems One unhappy customer, and I will tell everyone Doris Vance

We have looked into this complaint and have contacted the customer and invited her back into our location to view our homesThis appointment was set for yesterday and the customer was not able to make it inWe are able and willing to show her any homes she would like to see with no sales pressure
We are waiting to hear back from the customer at this time to reschedule her appointmentThank you
The customer has refused to let us finish the jobThe home was an exact duplicate the home on the lot which the customer was originally going to takeAfter the customer dragged his feet getting the necessary documents to complete the sale, we sold the stock unit cash to someone
elseWe immediately ordered a new home same as stockAfter the home was under construction the customer decided they wanted to make some changes and were informed that it was too late to make these changesThey understood at time, and changed their minds once the home was deliveredA state inspection was ordered and the customer still refused to let *** *** come and complete the trim-out and factory repair… We have made every effort to remedy thesituation… Countless meetings, phone calls, and visits to the home… We stand by ready, willing, and able to complete the home as it was agreed upon in the contract

We have looked into this complaint and have attached a signed document (#6) signed by the purchaser agreeing that Titan is not responsible for any rent,mortgage, or storage payments due to uncontrollable circumstancesOur expectation at closing was that it would take 60-days to complete the
construction after the home was setWe have emails and tracked documents that show we have completed the work in the expectation that was presented to the customerWe have had a conference call with the manufacturer and have had technicians out to the customer home to complete any services issuesWe are still in the process of completing some of the items the customer has requested and we intend to have them all completed in a timely mannerThank you
Their offers were very enticing in the beginning in order to get us in but once we gave them the money to get started everything went down hill after thatFor being a first time home buyer it has been the worst experienceToo much waiting and broken promises that's all I can say

I am rejecting this response because: I would like to reject the closing of this complaint. I would like it reopened until our damaged from set up are finished by the companyI have pictures and text screen shots where the set up company told Titan we have shingles missing and need to be covered and Titan did nothing.

would like to address it with youIts within Titans process to have every
customer that applies for a new home with a lender, sign a credit authorization
formThis allows Titan to pull
the customer’s credit and lets them know that
an inquiry will be madeThis customer applied for a new home with the
contingency of selling their current home and only after their current home could
not be sold and we could not move forward with their deal, did the inquiry
become an issue
