This customer has been contacted and updated on their files status. They were understanding and acknowledged the progress of the file, but it sounds as though their timeshare has not resolved some financial/credit concerns of the customer. We are hoping to use our relationships to help the customer,...
but this is outside of the services we were retained to provide. We have another call scheduled this week with the client to provide updates from what we learned about the timeshare exit and how it is or is not something that will naturally be resolved when their exit is finalized with the timeshare. Further updates will be provided directly to the client unless otherwise requested by the Revdex.com.
The CEO of our company will be personally reaching out to this customer to speak about his concerns and work towards a resolution.
Our Customer Relations department left a voicemail for this customer
on 4/11/17, informing him that his file was with our Executive Team for their
personal review We will update the Revdex.com with more information when available

We have spoken with the customer to better understand the origin of her complaint. She is aware that we are reviewing her file with management and will be following up...
with her once that review has been completed.
On 6/28/2017, this customer was informed via email that he was being refunded in full for his exit fee. On 7/3/2017 our Customer Relations department spoke to the customer via the telephone to let him know the refund check was on its way. As the customer complained to the Revdex.com after this had been...
communicated directly to him, our CEO will be reaching out to understand the origin of this complaint.
Customer's exit is complete. As this is a membership, there is no deed to provide to the customer. We have forwarded contact info within the resort from whom they can get confirmation.
We have addressed the customer's concerns and will be issuing a refund.
We have spoken to the customer to clarify any misunderstandings or misinterpretations of the contract, specifically in relation to our use of 3rd parties. The use of 3rd parties is covered within the exit agreement made between our organization and the customer. The details and request of the complaint have been submitted for approval by management. Customer will be informed when that process is completed.

-----Original Message-----...
From: Paul Schreifels <[redacted]@yahoo.com> Sent: Wednesday, April 25, 2018 6:32 AM To: Complaints <[email protected]> Subject: Re: complaint [redacted] Good Morning, We received notification that this complaint has been closed out. We were unaware that the company had posted a response. However, their response is not a true statement. They did talk to us with a possible resolution and only say that they left a message since their was an issue with the phone line. They immediately called back and we discussed a possible resolution. We have not heard back from the company since that time. Please re activate this complaint as no resolution has been received.
I am rejecting this response because:

After investigation of this client's file, I was able to confirm that their Account Coordinator has been trying to make contact via phone and email since 10/3/16 to inform the client that they are exited from their timeshare. A response from the client to collect final details is all that is needed.

I am rejecting this response because:we were not given an answer to our inquiry. Instead we were told that they have not completed all the steps in the agreement. We asked which steps? Response was...we have not reached 18 months yet. We asked why do we have to wait 18 months? We asked what to do to get our money back . We were told we might not get all our money back because we have not reaced the 18 months. We were told our claim would be forwarded to the next level and that the attorney would respond in the next couple weeks. We asked to speak to the attorney and were told he does not speak to customers. We are not happy with this reply. The "agreement" states that customer satisfaction is guaranteed. We would like to terminate this "agreement" immediately and get our money back.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
We have contacted the customer to explain the current progress on the exit. The issues presented have been clarified and resolved. We are mailing the necessary documents to the customer to validate this resolution.

I am rejecting this response from ReedHein at this time until we have the refund check in hand, we...
will modify the response to reflect the receipt. There have been too many broken promises and assurances by ReedHein employees that we are not sure if this may be another one.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
