We are rejecting the response from Reed H[redacted] at this time for two reasons. First, we have not received the promised refund from Reed...
H[redacted] within the 7 days required to avoid an assumed positive resolution by the Revdex.com. There have been many, too many, broken promises and assurances by Reed H[redacted] employees that we suspect this may be another one. When we have the Reed H[redacted] refund check in hand, we will modify the response to reflect that receipt. Second, we feel that we should be reimbursed for at least part of the additional interest expense that was charged to our credit card while waiting for no action by Reed H[redacted]. We may have failed to emphasize that the interest was not “penalty interest” charged by us to Reed H[redacted] but actual interest expense that we paid to the credit card company. Again, when we have the refund check in hand, we will modify this response to reflect that.

Customer has been contacted by our team after a thorough review of the customer's file and complaint details. Complaint has been resolved.
We have contacted this customer on 6/28 after receiving their complaint to try and discuss her concerns further. We left a voicemail with the customer and are currently waiting to hear back.

[redacted] Payment has been offered but no funds have been received and based on the track record of this entity this could yet be just another standard technique to avoid fulfilling their obligations. I will accept the request and mark this complaint as resolved once I have received the refund that I am due under the terms of the contract. Until such time as I receive monetary consideration, my complaint remains as it was originally posted.

We have spoken to the customer regarding her concerns and communicated the fact that we have successfully obtained an exit opportunity for her timeshare. The exit documents have been sent to the customer, and once executed and returned her case will be finalized.
Our Customer Relations team has been in contact with this customer in regards to her refund request. The customer is aware that we will be updating her regarding that request, and all other options once determined.

Our Customer Relations department as well as our CEO have been in contact with this customer and together agreed on a resolution for this complaint.
The client was contacted same day that this complaint was filed. Client made requests for refund and records to be delivered on 2/10, but did not arrive at our office. Multiple communications from the client since regarding the finalization of their exit. An exit has been secured for the client, but...
is contingent upon the client delivering a fee and original notarized documents to the timeshare. The original deadline of 1/31 was not met, but we have successfully had the deadline lifted by the timeshare for the clients convenience. As of today, we are aware and mindful of the clients frustrations, have responded and communicated when requested, and look forward to helping them with these final few steps to finalize the exit of their timeshare. As of 5pm close of business 2/15/17 the client has communicated a desire to continue to work with us through the final stages. Client should contact their last point of contact if we can be of any further assistance while waiting for the timeshare to provide the client with the needed details for payment and needed documents.
Sorry if this is duplicated as I originally heard of the complaint from an employee who also received this.

No one has attempted to call. Nor has anyone left a voicemail message with a return phone number to callback. Phone is on 24/7. They are welcome to call me from monday to friday 8am-5pm.

[redacted] I have yet to receive the paperwork, even though Reedhein claims to have mailed it out some time ago. I will consider this complaint resolved upon receipt of timeshare exit formal paperwork.
