Review: I ordered 2- 4' classic benches March 1, 2013 for $138.00 & my credit card was charged in March. I have not received the benches. I called May 1, 2013 & left voicemail. I received a voicemail from them later saying benches would be shipped May 20th. I have still not received them as of today, July 25, 2013. I have left several phone messages in the last few weeks, none returned.Desired Settlement: I want either my order delivered or a complete refund of $138.00.

Review: Order placed for (2) 4 ft. Classic benches on March 5, 2013 with promised delivery within 4-6 weeks. Our credit card number was given over the phone to complete the transaction. At least 6 phone calls have been made asking about delivery of these products. The first 2 calls were met with "promise" of delivery within 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks. The last 4 phone calls were ignored...never returned.
My order # [redacted] made on March 5-6. It is now July 17, 2013. Wait time has been 17 -18 weeks. I am distressed the order was not honored but more concerned that my credit card number was given to fulfill the order and there has been no response by Tidewater Workshop to complete the order. I have been vigilant checking to see if unlawful charges have been levied against my card number, but none to date. I feel this may have been a scam.Desired Settlement: Please fill my order immediately. A phone call confirming when delivery will be made.

Review: I ordered a bench and brass plate on June 2, 2013. Promised delivery was approximately two weeks but no deliver occurred. I called and was told there would be a two week delay. No delivery was made. I called again and they said another two weeks but still no delivery. I have called two more times and my call always goes to voicemail and they have not returned my call and the items have still not been shipped. I was charged to my Amex on June 24 (bench) and July 2 (brass plate).Desired Settlement: It was a gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and I am incredibly disappointed in this company. I want the product shipped now.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me, due to the lack of acknowledgement that they were negligent in responding to me previously. However, I did receive the item ordered yesterday after a total 14 weeks waiting with no response or returned phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The item received had a broken board on the lid but I am not about to try to send it back. That's all, I'm finished with Tidewater Workshop.
