Ordered and paid for the item online on July 16, It was deducted from my credit card immediately After several emails back and forth for two months, I still have not received the itemThey keep saying it was lost in the mail or other problems but when I requested a refund they said it had been shippedThen the next day they said they will have it manufactured and shipped within a weekThey have said this several timesI have all the emails saved I opened a dispute with my credit card company

Actually, I am disappointed I can only chose one nature of complaintThe whole process with this company has been terribleI ordered my product on 7/8/After a month, I requested a status and they said that the computer system was down and they couldn't get me a tracking numberweeks later I check again and they said that it was being printedFinally, on 8/29/I get my printI opened it and found the canvas print wrapped in saran wrapUpon inspecting it, I found that it was blurry and that the color is very dullIt is definitely not as advertisedI contacted the company about returning it for a refundAfter jumping through hoops uploading pictures of the product to a weird file upload site, I was told that they could only give me a 15% discountI am now disputing it with my credit card company

I placed a red on August 14th I reached numerous times via email in regards to my orderIn the response back from my first email they told me that printing took weeks and it would be mailed out shortly after printing was completeweeks later, I emailed again with a "it was sent out response"I emailed again a week later asking for trackingI was told to look at my post office as they might have itover a months later and still nothing

I am so saddened to see the reviews listed on Revdex.com as I am having the exact same problem I was hoping to do a search for reviews on The Nerd Cave and find that there were no ill remarks, but I see I must call and report this fraudulent "company" to my credit card I too ordered a piece canvas in July and have not received it I have emailed and called only to receive delayed email responses saying the order has been lost and will be shipping within the next 2-weeks How upsetting I hope these people are found and prosecuted! Total sm!

I placed an order in late November and never received my package after over a monthI made multiple attempts to contact this business via email and received no response for over a weekI eventually got a spam email with a link to a youtube video, which is quite frustratingAt this point it seems clear that they have no intention of sending me anything and simply took my money

I placed an order on July 5th, and on August 1st have not received my purchase I have tried to contact this company multiple times without any response The transaction went through my bank account on July 6th When I search using my order number from the email receipt, the order is "not found." Very similar experience to a review which I now read here on Revdex.com for this business

I purchased a canvas back on July It is now September 22nd 2016, and I still have not received my item or my requested refundI emailed them and received no responseI decided to leave negative reviews against their *** ads about a month ago to which I received a prompt private message via *** stating there was a problem with there website and that my item actually shipped and that it was probably lost in shippingThis was despite the fact that the item tracker on their website said that my order was never fulfilledI didnt believe them and asked for a refundThey promised that I would have my 'replacement' item in two weeks, and that I should be patientOne week after I sent them a reminder to have my items shipped or else I would only accept a refundThey assured me that it has already shipped and that I should check the post officeI told them that the website still shows not shipped and that I would be crazy to go to the post office without even a trackin

This order was canceled and refunded on October 15, at 6:55am

I ordered * *** ** *** * *** *** Piece Canvas LIMITED EDITION - Large from this websiteWhen I received it, the image was extremely pixelated and is not something I would ever consider hanging on my wallI emailed their support to request a refund, including pictures of the print to show exactly what is wrong with it, and after a month of waiting for a reply, was told that they would not give me a full refundThey instead offered a 10% refund (what good does this do me when this piece of "art" is going to go straight in the dumpster?) and a 10% discount on a future purchase (which also does me no good, as I will never buy from them again.)

"Lucida Sans Unicode", "Lucida Grande", Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;"> *** and of course again was too late because for whatever reason was sent back to you and recieved days agoBut on the 23rd you send me a email saying that you no longer sell canvas??? well that may be the case but I know you have the canvas I had ordered I want those sent to me and my refund its been months!!! only after contacting the Revdex.com has your company finally done anything!!! I placed an order online through a *** ad on 11/25/and charged this through my *** Store Account CardIt was for a piece canvas wall print I received a receipt and order acknowledgement the next dayTo this day 1/11/I have not received my itemI can not find a phone number for themThe only communication has been through *** messanger, but that is very sporadic and they claim they are too busy and the order is still pendingEvery day I check the status on their website and every day it says its pendingThey offered a refund, but it's been weeks and nothing has been received as of today

We ordered canvas prints and not only did it take months (much longer than expected) but the printing was very poor quality

It's been months and still have not received my itemsI contacted them several times and there was always some excuse why it was taking so longweeks ago I asked if it shipped and they said yesIt shouldn't take weeks to get hereI'm pretty sure this company is a scamEspecially after reading peoples reviewsThis company NEEDS to be shut down!
