I ordered a product from them back in July of and they said to weeks I checked with them two to four weeks to at least get my confirmation number and tracking number and they said my order is being processed when they already took out the money I kept checking back in with them every two weeks and they were still telling me the same thing and I had just emailed them on August 30th and they have not returned any emails or anything they are just ignoring my emails now and it has been over almost months

I placed order #on July 5, with The Nerd Cave
On July 5, $was charged against my purchasing credit card
By August 18, this product had not arrivedI waited this long knowing it was probably a drop-shipped item from AsiaI have ordered items like this before and weeks is a very delivery timeframe
August 20, I receive an email apparently from Mike stating:
"Dear Nathan,
According to the updated information provided by the manufacturer, your order should be already shippedThe tracking number should be available in 2-business days
We apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused and look forward to filling your future orders in timely manner We would like to offer you 10% discount on the next order of T-shirts as a compensation
If there are any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us anytime!

I ordered a canvas around July 10thOn July 20th I emailed the company asking about processing timeThey responded saying it can take 2-weeks August 10th I emailed them again asking for a status and they said they were preparing it for shipmentNow it's August 26th and I still haven't received any delivery updates

I ordered a product from this company weeks ago They even gave me an invoice number of ***I didn't recieve a tracking number, and weeks later, I don't have my productThe total prices was $I have emailed this company and called and left a message, but I am not getting a response, and I still don't have my productThey have a place on their website to track your order, but the order does not come upJudging by the other complaints on the Revdex.com site, it seems that I have been taken for a ride along with a list of other folksThis business needs to be shut down quick before others loose their money alsoI'm not even that concerned about my money as much as I am my personal info and the fact that this "business" is still in operation

On July 9th, I purchased a piece wall canvas from TheNerdCave.com for $with delivery times of - weeksAfter weeks I reached out to TheNerdCave.com inquiring about my order they told me they were overwhelmed with sales so I waited longer, contacted then again and they told me the merchandise was lost in shippingAfter that they told me I could have a refund or get it in weeks so I allowed them more weeks with no luckI asked for a refund and their last statement on Sep 18th, was that a refund was being processed

I ordered a dead pool picture from them in July and did not get the picture

I placed an order for product on their website on 8/28/(order # 28114), for a 5-piece canvas limited edition printI was charged $(verified through my bank) on 8/29/ The product was not deliveredNeither has the Company responded to either email or voicemail messages to provide any update on delivery of the product or for that matter to issue a refund for not providing the product I paid for

Order Print from Nerd Cave, July Email July on the status of order, received response that it can take up to weeks for item to shipOn Aug 16, emailed again on status, received response from Vita that item was ready to and would be shipped in next few daysEmailed Aug 19, received response that maybe it shipped and I should check post officeNo shipping notification sent, thus no tracking infoAug 22, looking for another update, no longer receiving any communication from company

I waited months for an price canvas order....no tracking # was given and I requested a refund multiple times and was placated with a "please be patient" response each timeThe package DID eventually arrive but the quality is so bad as to be unusableThe colors bleed from price to price and it's all out of focusI have again requested a refund and or return option but have little or no faith in thisI am going to go to my bank and have the charges reversedAVOID NERD CAVE AT ALL COSTS!

This website is a damn scam! Do not order from these heffers! Placed an order for some wall art that costs about $They charged my account the same day as the order confirmation email was sentIt has been a month and a half and I have not received an email confirmation that my order was shippedI've tried on multiple occasions to get in contact with them WITH VERY LITTLE SUCCESSThey are HORRIBLE at responding to emails and I cannot believe that a business has no phone numbers to callI am so pissed that they charged meAll I want is my damn money back

I ordered an item back on July 11, paid for it and never received it I keep emailing them and their excuse is there tracking of packages system is down and that they resent the packageI never received my item I am constantly emailing them about my item and I feel I was taken advantage of and that it was a scam as I never received my item

On 07/10/2016, I placed an order for an item costing $plus shipping, I believe the total was $ It has now been weeks and I have not received my item I have contacted the nerd cave several times via email, and was given different excuses each timeFinally I asked for a refund, which they said they would need my debit card info for I am not giving these thieves my debit card againI gave them my PayPal address where they could send the money to and also my home address where they could mail a refund check to I have received no response and they are now ignoring my emailsThey stole my money and I want it back

We ordered canvas prints and not only did it take months (much longer than expected) but the printing was very poor quality
