MsBarbara is a great instructor She provides instruction not just vocally, but spiritually and emotionally as well Her guidance and instruction is equipped with the whole person in mind; which creates a phenomenal artist/performer

Had my first guitar lesson yesterday and was very pleased with the instructor Also, scheduling was very easy as I was able to pay online and they contacted me to pair me with a teacher in my area

Peggy is an excellent teacherShe is very good with my daughter and is able to create interest in her for musicShe is very knowledgeable and can teach all fundamentals perfectlyI am very happy with her and would recommend her for anyone

This is hard to review, because I have conflicting feelingsGretchen is absolutely wonderful and already in the first lesson has given me multiple pointers and training tipsI respect and can see her own great personal training and ability to give that to othersHowever, it was extremely difficult to even get an appointment set (NONE of which was her fault)I initially was set up with a male (can't remember his name), was given a specific appointment day and time, and the rep who set me up gushed so much him that I couldn't wait to start my lessonThen I get a call a week later saying that he was actually going to be touring so he wouldn't be available in the times I gaveThat's fine, but it already showed me the lack of communicationThey then set me up with a specific date and time for a lesson with Gretchen, but the day before I was supposed to have it she gives me a call to schedule a lesson(again, NO issues with her, this is obviously an internal problem with the company)I find out the time I originally had with her has NEVER been an option with her scheduleWhat is the point of scheduling an appointment if the rep has NO IDEA what the teachers' schedule is?? It's a waste of everyone's timeI loved Gretchen so I am continuing with her (and sadly the business), but if I could I would rate her as a and the business a The only reason I'm not is because I'm afraid this review will reflect on her

The system worked great, and JC, the instructor was excellent He seemed to truly care about what he was teaching, and was incredibly instructive We will use the service again

Admitted to having subpar instructors and promised a new one One year later I'm out $2,and own a piano that is unused
I paid nearly two thousand dollars for piano lessons for my kids The first instructor showed up late or not at all for scheduled appointments and loved to showboat instead of instruct the kids So I requested a replacement teacher He came twice, said it was obvious the kids hadn't been taught anything by the prior teacher, and then 'got busy' When I contacted *** ***, they admitted that they've had other complaints about these instructors and that they would find me a new one Now I can't get anyone to get back to me I've had this package for over a year, and purchased a piano so the kids could learn and now I'm out all of this money Horrible business practices

My daughter is really enjoying her lessons with ***I love the convenience of this companyI am always contacted by someone who is extremely professional and courteousI had to cancel a lesson and did it the same day, unaware of the cancellation policyI contacted Taylor Robinson Company and the lady I spoke with was so nice and understanding, that she waived my fee and gave me a free lesson

I have been playing guitar for a little over a year This is my first time using Taylor Robinson Music My Instructor is very detailed Which fits my personality *** is quickly working on breaking some bad habits that I developed I look forward to becoming a more efficient guitar player
