Hello! I feel very disheartened and scammed by this businessI am mother of four children and I work nightsWhen called multiple times by Robinson music (after inquiring online for a quote), I was called early morning and scammed into buying a non refundable music package for my children and over $was immediately charged to my cardDuring this conversation, the mention of "non refundable" was never verbalizedAfter being contacted by a drunken music instructor, who was supposed to be left to teach my children, who was slurring words and overly-chatty on the phone, to the point that he didn't want to end the call, and being at work during business hours, I had to awkwardly end the call, with many attemptsThe scheduling was also conflictingAfter this initial experience I called to explain my discomforts and hesitations, I was informed the packages were non refundable and I should have read my emailsWow! I

I was looking for options for my years old daughter on her music careerShe is set in being a musician and while she has received piano and voice lessons, she also wanted to learn how to play the guitar but continue to deepen her voice and piano lessonsAll the other schools that I looked for limited her to months to a yearWith Taylor Robinson I was able to work with a great customer support team who help me match the best instructor for my daughter and I was able to be set up on an affordable package that allows my daughter to try a new instrument or return to her usual one with no additional costWe had our first class last week and so far it was very instructional, and she was able to get her questions answered with a years experienced instructor who has performed and has a Music Master's DegreeThe customer support team has been on top of our experience and I cannot thank you all enough for helping us find the best schedule, location and instructor

Chad who is our guitar instructor is an amazing guy He is always on time, provides us with fantastic service and the kids love him They look forward to the lessons and we highly recommend him

My son has never had any musical lessons and he has been to three so far and learning a lot and I'm so happy the instructor is patient with him and just does amazing with my son which makes my son want to go more :)

We needed a teacher for guitar lessons for our sonThe teacher with whom we were connected was unreliableAt the few days he came he was always to late (one time hours)He cancelled most of the appointments - usually a few minutes before the start or when we asked for the delayWe heard al lot of interesting stories for excuse but thats not a good base for learning guitarWe cancelled it completely today and will try to get our money back

We had only positive experiences with *** ***'s representatives and our selected music instructorThe company worked diligently to accommodate our concerns about costs and student motivation

You need to work out the schedule but worth doing it
