AJ,was 1st class !!
I was very intimated by the fact I am years old and I don't know the 1st thing about musicAJ on my 1st lesson made me very comfortable and he completely know how to teach and old rookie like me
*** *** was the right choice for me!!

At the beginning I was very upset because when I initially booked my son's lesson I was booked for a specific day and time that I could get him thereOnce the actual piano instructor contacted me she did not have my time availableI was livid because I had to rearrange my schedule just to get my son into the lesson I had already PAID for! The communication between this company and the instructors is not goodShe told me that you all don't know her scheduleUnacceptableIf I couldn't of revised MY schedule then I would of been the one out of pocketBut my son's piano lesson went well

We were very pleased with Larry's instructionHe covered a LOT of material in a short timeMy daughter felt it was very easy to "get"

The music teacher that I choose from *** *** is awesome!! His name is Chris and I love the fact that he first does an assessment of the student to see how would be the most effective way to teach the music to the student per their each individual personalityHe comes to my house which takes the hassle of having to get home from work and drive the student halfway across town for the lessonPlus I think the stress level drops for a child that is in familiar surroundings and they can learn in a more relaxed setting

*** is very understanding of my goals and the vision I have which is a stress reliever

I had a very good experience signing up and doing my first lessonThe instructor was very professional and easy to interact withHe really seems to know his stuff! There was a small hiccup when I first signed up online but Taylor music resolved that issue quickly and easilySo far my experience has been very good and I would recommend it

I had a terrible experienceThey were good and responded well until I bought a package for multiple lessonsIt truly depends on how invested the instructor isThe company really doesnt care about studentsEspecially harmful for little kids as they form opinions about the skill based on how consistent and interesting their lessons can beI will find a local tutor through other means and never again risk my child's learningand of course you cant see their negative reviewsNot sure how they manage to hide it

My Son enjoyed the session!!!! His instructor Daniel is really good and goes slow so that he understands it better

My first lesson was great I have never tried to play guitar before so I was impressed with the thought out lesson plan and the focus the teacher had on ensuring an informative but fun lessonOverall great experience and I can't wait for the next one

*** is awesome, couldn't ask for a better instructorHe knows exactly what route I am going in and he helps a lot on what I need to work on!

At first, I was not happy with this businessOn-line you are able to pick an instructor and a date/time for your lessonMy kids are heavy into baseball an other programs so our schedule is very limitedI set up my appointment and the money is withdrawn from my accountThe following day the instructor calls and said he can't do our Saturday option and in fact can only provide lessons during the weekdays (um? we have jobs and the kids are in school so this doesn't work)I contacted *** *** two times before receiving a call backHaving said that, when they called back they resolved the problem by sending another instructor that had availability when we needed itHe ended up being a great instructor and a great person who is able to work on Saturdays
