Review: Tate & Kirlin Associates placed a collection account on my credit report without notifying me that they were collecting on account # [redacted] I wasn't given the opportunity to correct the matter before it was reported on my credit report. Further, I do not even recognize this collection account. I sent debt verification letters, and no one has responded to me.Desired Settlement: I would like account # [redacted] deleted from my credit report and provided the opportunity to correct the matter if the account is verified to be mine.

Review: On October 20, 2014 I received a notice of collection from Tate & Kirlin Associates. The debt listed - Account # [redacted] Client # [redacted] - is NOT A VALID DEBT. This is nothing more that harassment and this company has numerous complaints against them regarding similar behavior / practices.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the following: 1) that this information/reporting be removed from any of the three credit reporting agencies, 2) that Tate & Kirlin close this file, and 3) that Tate and Kirlin never contact me again!

Regards,
Review: I have called them and attempted, three times, to get proof of my payment for a debt a never even knew I had. They merely tell me what the debt is, they will not provide me with written proof of the payment (legitimate written proof) or proof of the debt. I have asked them to email, mail, or fax me PROOF of the payment and proof of the original a debt and they say they simply do not do that. They gave me a comfirmation number and told me that it was proof enough along with my bank statement. This is unacceptable to me. I did my part and paid them in FULL but they can't give me proof of that?
I am a senoir citizen and I feel like I've just been had! I hear about this stuff happening all the time and I never thought I would get swindled but I believe I did.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for this payment until I can see who the original creditor was and have the chance to make sure I actually owe this debt. Emailing me proof of the debt, with a letter head and paid in full notice will be acceptable but they have already stated that they do not do that.

We received this account from our client [redacted] LLC on 8-16-2013. The consumer paid $384.00 on our web site on 11-14-2013 by credit card. We have a 10 day wait policy on credit card payments before sending out a letter stating the account is paid in full. However the consumer called on 11-20-2013 requesting the letter be faxed. We faxed a letter on 11-20-2013. Also, by this complaints request we refunded the 384.00 back to the consumers credit card on 11-22-2013. We hope this information is helpful to you and the consumer
