The office of Tate and Kirlin Assoc. received this account from the client of [redacted] on 04/13/2017 . My office could have not  contacted  you back in 2015 because this is a new client to are office as of 2017. Tate and Kirlin Assoc. will accept this as a written dispute and close...

The reason that Tate and Kirlin Associates never states anything dealing with the credit report is Tate and Kirlin Associates is a 3rd party agency. Tate and Kirlin Associates doesn't handle the credit report.

Tate and Kirlin Associates will accept this as a dispute. The account is from [redacted] for the product KING SIZE that was order on 06/01/2016 from the email address [redacted].COM.

Tate & Kirlin wired refund of $310.40 to customers checking acct. on 8/25/14. Tka called customer on 9/23/14 at 9:00 Am. Customer confirmed receipt of refund

I am rejecting this response because: Tate & Kirklin failed to provide this information as Mr. W[redacted] had said they did not know where the debt had gone. Also, if this is no longer a debt they are trying to collect their information should come off my credit report on all 3 reports. I would want their name coming out from all my 3 reports as they are no longer responsible for this collection.

Tate and Kirlin Associates spoke with the customer on 2/22/16, the misunderstanding was resolved and the customer's payments of $60 will continue as agreed upon with the customer and the collector.

I am submitting the payment history as submitted to me by my legal representative (limited special power of attorney) for debt settlement purposes regarding the referenced debt (account). I am attempting to resolve my complaint regarding Tate & Kirlin & Assoc. by providing the information for your procurement, so that you might resolve my complaint as per my original request. Please note: according to the payment history submitted here, the debt referenced by Tate & Kirlin & Assoc. was resolved as of 09/2013 with [redacted]. Please honor my requests as per my original written request sent to Tate & Kirlin & Assoc. on behalf of [redacted], immediately. Any further delay in resolving this issue will continue to cause damage to me and my to credit through inaction and failure adhere to my requests, as per my original requests. In addition, inaction and failure to do so will violate the FCRA, and I will be forced to introduce my complaint to any and all governmental oversight agencies and/or credit reporting agaencies.

Our answer is,
The proof of payment supplied by the consumer is for a service provided on 8-13-2009 with the original account number of [redacted] as referenced on the proof of payment supplied.  The bill we are servicing is for a date of service of 2-16-2010 with an original account number of [redacted].  Tate & Kirlin Associates, Inc is authorized to collect in the state of MI and has an issued certificate of authority for the MI department of labor and economic growth.
 
We have the documents requested but will have to send directly to the consumer because of HIPPA concerns.  We need a good address to send the information.

Tate and Kirlin Associates received these accounts in our office on 10/10/2015 from our client [redacted], after speaking with consumer in regards to the accounts we have put in a request on 3/19/2015 to have the credit reporting canceled on the social security number we have on...

file, also we requested the documentation of the account from our client and placed the account in dispute status, Tate and Kirlin Associates did not perform a skip trace on the accounts, the information we have is the information provided to us when we received the accounts, after listening to the call the social security number provided by [redacted] does not match the social security number on the account, it would be helpful if [redacted] could provide some documentation showing Tate and Kirlin Associates is reporting on her credit report so we better assist her in having this removed if we are reporting on her credit report.

I asked for Tate and Kirlin to send a letter stating this account was closed with zero money owed. I want that letter in my hand by Friday 3/21/2014. I want that letter to state that this account was closed at the request of [redacted].
 
I want written confirmation that Tate and Kirlin have removed this information from my credit history. I want that letter in my hand by Friday 3/21/2014.
 
I want Tate and Kirlin to immediately cease phone calls to me, my husband, and any and all phone numbers they have associated with this account.
