This account was placed with our office on 1/13/by our client *** *** ***Tate and Kirlin did make several phone calls to the customer wich were unsuccessful in reaching the customeron 7/at AM TKA recieved a fax from the customer requesting us to cease all attempts to contact them
at that time the phone number was removed from our data base and the account was closed back to *** ***
Tate and Kirlin Associates received your payment that you made on are online website on 02/22/The account has been sent back to our client *** *** as a settled accountThat is the client that we work for and has the rights to the account not *** COMMUNICATIONSIf you ahve anymore

The reason that Tate and Kirlin Associates never states anything dealing with the credit report is Tate and Kirlin Associates is a 3rd party agencyTate and Kirlin Associates doesn't handle the credit report.
