contract and properly disclosed by our Business Manager Rafael G[redacted]. Sometime after his purchase Mr. [redacted] contacted our dealership with his concerns at which time he scheduled an appointment to meet with Jerry F[redacted] and Rafael G[redacted] here at our dealership to rectify his concerns. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] never showed up to his appointment. We are willing to assist Mr. [redacted] in clarifying and rectifying his concerns with our dealership.
