The merchant has made zero attempts at contact since responding to Revdex.com. Even though they stated they were working towards a resolution there has been no communication.

to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. The company offered to check into the incident and get back with me. They never contacted me again after 2 weeks. Curious as to how much they have ripped people off for over the last year. Company should be shut down. Have time to send emails and create social media posts advertising for products they obviously can't deliver but can't respond to emails of customer complaints. Legitimate complaints.

resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . They sent my "items" with tracking and I only received one shirt with no other coming after that. I messaged the business and they had no answer as to why I only received one shirt. Also they told me I would receive my refund in 15 days and that has yet to be fulfilled.
