email stating "I will look into it" is insufficient, the business has said this multiple times and produced no results or updates other than claims that the items had been shipped with no tracking number and the product was never deliveredI reject this.

I have an email string from the business dating back to August 20th that promises both a refund and delivery of goods. Even with about a dozen back and forth emails and empty promises, I have been left without a resolution for either. Still waiting for my refund. He even promised to ship me two shirts, again none of them have arrived. I've been provided nothing but lies and now no responses to my emails. I'm happy to share the emails with you.

time and again and this is why we are here I have also recently messaged him again because I believed thats what Revdex.com was telling me to do. Of course no response was received this time. I'm willing to try anything at this point. So let me known what's next in resolving this.
