After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that the customer was unable to receive the items that were purchased. We have submitted reshipments for all three items using the address that was on the customers file.  The customer will receive the replacement items in 7-10 business days not including weekends or Holidays. Survival Life at SurvivalLife.com Re billed my credit card without authorization !! Website after getting your CC info pops up a get this item bonus. Even if you click no it then says your getting the item. called and wrote the company multiple times even getting emails saying they would not charge me and they did so I am now working with my company fraud department to cancel the charges. I even had them cancel the whole order and they confirmed it was cancelled, yet they bill you.
Never buy anything from these people they are complete scammers and once they get your CC number you will be billed over and over again, they should have charges filed on them which is the next step to contact AG in Texas

UPDATE May 5th, 2016.  I have found over $250 charges to my account I have not authorized.

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that there was a monthly membership on the account, that membership was canceled on 4/18/16 by our customer service department. They also refunded the customers membership fees of $219.45 at that time as well. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process fully back to the customer’s account. I am rejecting this response because: I cancelled the order the 1st time on Oct 19th at 5:42PM and was told the credit would be applied in 24 to 48 hours that was 5 days ago. When I called today the customer service rep did not even know of the cancellation of my order. This resolution is giving them another 5 days.

Hello,We are so sorry that the customer didn't receive the products they ordered. Our estimated time of arrival for products is 15 to 21 business days. The products were purchased on December 20th, 2014, and then refunded on January 6th, 2014 when the customer requested the...

refund. The estimated time of shipping should have been clearly communicated to the customer and each inquiry they had should have been responded to in a timely manner. We apologize that they did not receive prompt service when contacting customer support and their questions went unanswered for so long. As stated previously the customer has been refunded, and now the products are being reshipped free of charge due to our error. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and will work harder in the future to make sure every customers needs are met.

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that all three refunds did in fact process. Attached is our merchant system report reflecting all three refunds. These refunds were processed on 3/15/16 so the customer should have received them 3-5 business days after the 15th. The customer will need to contact his bank with the attached screen shot to find out further information about this issue.  Thank you and have a great day!

After responding to the initial complaint we did double check to make sure the charge in question was refunded per their request. The refund has been sent to the bank and we no longer have the funds in our system. I have attached proof of refund to this response. We give the 3-5 business day refund period based upon the length of time it usually takes a bank to release the funds to the customer. Some customers receive the refund the next day while for others it does take more time. The length of time to receive a refund is solely dependent upon the bank. I would like to apologize again for the frustration caused from our end but the refund was processed yesterday.
Obviously we want to do everything we can, within reason, to keep them as a satisfied customer and we would love if they came back to us in the future. Thank you and have a great day!
