artists and that should not be the policy of any business." We researched the issue on our end and our records show that Mr. [redacted] had ordered items previous to his recurring charges. In order to have recurring charges, you must enter your information and agree to have a recurring membership. There is no trickery there. Also, we are happy to attach a screen shot of our records showing that the charges have been refunded in a timely manner and the customer was in fact refunded. Survival Life & Absolute Rights have always treated myself correctly & handled it extremely professionally. I have never once had a problem with them
& they always delivered on their promises! I recommend them to

I have yet to get either of my products I ordered and it is not allowing me to delete my account I do not want the account and do not want to be charged for something I wont use when I have not gotten my items

I am rejecting this response because:They knew what they did was wrong which is why they refunded the entire amount of chargesThe bank ( ** [redacted] ) was aware of the fraudulent charges and they say they can not refund them.They claim they were charges non the less and put the amount in a negative balanceI still request a refund for the overdrafts of 35.00 each I would accept a 70.00 paymentIf not agreed to I will proceed with further actions including contacting state attorney general, postmaster general for fraudulent business practices as well as any and all media sources I would think they would want to save face for such a small amountThe ball is in their court

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that there was a monthly membership on the account, that membership was canceled on 3/21/16. We have refunded the customers membership fees of $59.85 on 3/21/16 as well. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process fully back to the customer’s account. Hello, We are so truly sorry for the confusion and inconvenience that we have caused this customer. The original order was placed on November 25th, 2014. When the customer inquired about the product on December 24th, 2015, they were informed of our shipping and handling...

time which is 15 to 21 business days not including weekends or holidays. That means they should have received their order on the 26th of December. However a customer service representative should have contacted the customer on December 26th to confirm that they received the order. This did not happen and for that we apologize. When the customer contacted us again, the product was placed for reshipment on January 1st, 2014. Our re-shipments do take priority and will arrive in 7 to 10 business days. When the package still hadn't arrived after that time frame the customer was refunded in full on January 14th, 2014. Now, we have refunded the total purchase amount and put the order down for reshipment to the customer free of charge as an apology for the situation concerning their order. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and will work harder in the future to make sure every customers needs are met.

I had a great experience with Survival Life. I have purchased the everstrike match and the credit card knife. The products are great. As for the Protection Association, I'm unclear as to how people are unaware of the billings. The text is right on the page. I support Survival Life and what they do for people like me and outdoor enthusiasts. I don't usually leave feedback but the reviews listed here on the Revdex.com do not reflect the company in my mind.

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that the customer only had the initial Hoffman Richter knife purchase that came with a 14 day trial to our monthly membership. The membership was canceled on 4/11/16 and the customers $9.95 was refunded back to the customer at that time. There are no other accidental purchases or memberships on your account. Also, the customer currently has no $19.95 purchase with us at this time.  Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process fully back to the customer’s account. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused the customer.  Thank you and have a great day!

We refunded this customer and have been trying to get in touch with him as well. We tried to give him a call on 10/29/14 and left him a voicemail asking him to give us a call back so that we could better assist him. We also sent him an email as well. We will be trying to call this customer again...

I am rejecting this response because: This company took $9.95 from my credit card August 24, September 24, October 24, November 24 and December 24.  I have received credits for only 3 of those charges of $9.95.  I would like the other 2 returned to me.

I am so sorry for this inconvenience. I took a look at your account and I do see that you are currently on your 15th business day. It can take anywhere from 15-21 business days to receive an item from us. We also sent you this information via email on January 1st when we received your email...

questioning your order. If you do not receive your product between now and the 20th please let us know and we can either reship or refund your order. Again I do apologize.

I am rejecting this response because: I did reply to there email and they never wrote back. Also I have not been issued any refund. I have spoken to my bank and they said no refunds are pending to post on my account.

It shows a total of 3 payments deducted it may be tied to my other email addresses [redacted] or [redacted]. upon reviewing all of the Revdex.com complaints about Survival Life this is a common happening where they do not disclose they are setting you up for a membership.
